We’re here to help! Staffing is plentiful and employees are always nice, cheerful and helpful. The store is big with lots of stuff and easy access in and out of the store. It is easy to find a item or answer questions. The return policy is easy to use and prices are competitive. When items are not on the correct aisle it can be frustrating but employees are willing to locate a item. Handicap accessible parking, shopping and restrooms. Weekly sales like and the atmosphere is great with helpful employees like Charlotte and Brenda. The self check out lady has a pleasant attitude.
It's Lowes, but when comparing this one to Longview & Tyler, Lindale is on a different level. Friendliness, lay out of store, cleanliness, all of it is so much better. I'm in the middle closer to both Lgvw & Tyler, but I choose. Lindale.
