“Today, May the Fourth , at about 1, there was four customers in line, while one woman checked us out, three gentle men stood behind the customer service counter talking about how much they enjoyed not helping customers(they werent actually talking about that, but damn).
After checkout:
I began loading the 12 concrete blocks into a truck bed , and the tail gate does not work. I was struggling, and my dad , who is willing but unable to assist, went inside to ask for help. One man came he helped alot, he was wearing neon vest. Then another man came and we finished loading. Without them it would have been very difficult. Thank yall”
“I've only been to four different Atwoods, and this store is a bit different. A bit harder to find and get assistance, and some items are locked up. I'd guess it's due to the location of this store, really not in a good area.”
“Had a small emergency and needed a pack of breathing air. I called every airgas around Cooper, TX, and Dallas, TX, and this is the only location that could help me. With one phone call to this location, they located a 16-pack and organized the transportation to our jobsite in Cooper, TX. The lady on the phone was super nice and helpful. “This will be my first stop from now on. I needed one screw, not 5 or 10 or 50 like the big box stores sell. It cost me $.23 cents and the gentleman up front helped me find it in the bin. Outstanding customer service and I was able to buy exactly what I needed and not have a bunch left over. It looks like they have just about anything a DYI'er would need.”
