“Timothy is the absolute man!! I called him Friday morning due to an emergency cleaning being required for our BMW X5. I'm in Plano so google wasn't showing his place in my search results, so I went with Grok AI, who listed EcoPal as one of the best in the metroplex as specific car detailing. This was a dog accident in the car situation and it smelt TERRIBLE. It was only 25 minutes to get to him, he assured me this would be taken care of and sent me to a local restaurant to hang out at until he was done. When I got back a couple hours later, car smelt brand new again! I was shocked and pumped. I plan on telling EVERYONE about him, not only in the Flowermound, Denton, Lewisville area but also the Plano, Frisco, Allen, McKinney, Richardson and Dallas area. If you're from any of these areas reading this review, the drive is worth it 100%. Rest assured your car needs the care, Timothy is the man for the job and there's worse places to hang out for a couple hours than Main Street. Thanks for everything , Timothy and EcoPal!”
“(10/28/2024 Update)
I recently went back to Tint World to give their interior tinting a try. This time I decided to get the UV film on my windshield. I have had it for about a week now and I have to say I am VERY impressed! I went from the auto body shop I had my windshield repaired at, straight to Tint World, they applied the UV film within the hour. The first day I did notice some grooves in the film but please note that that is normal. They also provided me with window clings so that I can add my stickers back on without damaging the film. Now after about a week i dont see the grooves anymore and i have noticed a HUGE difference in the cars interior temp. Interior tinting and electrical work at this shop is phenomenal and on point! Upgrading stars from 3-4 stars.
**SIDE NOTE** Do NOT add a Dash Cam until after about 3-4 days in order to let the film cure.

**Fair Warning of long post but very detailed**
I have used Tint World for years now. Each one is from what I understand franchised. Lately I have been going to this one since it is closer. When it comes to wiring effects, the work is absolutely phenomenal. I decided to expand out and try tinting my headlights and taillights. One day into using them, I wasn't a huge fan of them because it did dissipate a little more of the illumination on the headlights than what I was expecting. The taillights it looked good though. On the website of Tint World as a company it does state that there is a 30 day return/exchange option, except for products that use a sealant. My underglow I expected that. After discovering the issue with the headlights, I did ask about possibly exchanging them out for a lighter tint or a yellow tint. They did mention that the yellow tint is not an option anymore and that the tint on the headlights were the lightest they had for headlights. So when I asked about returning the front headlights only, they said they wouldn't do it because it is not reusable after they take it off. That was a bit disappointing. I even asked about if I were to buy brighter lumen headlights, would they be able to install them and they said they could but would charge me for it, however, since it was within 24 hours that they would see if they could make an exception for this to see if it could be done. We are already a month out and I have not heard anything so I'm guessing it is a no. Even after I followed back up asking if it was an option. All I got is they would get back to me. Still nothing. And now I am noticing the person that did the work on the headlights and taillights, they did a semi-poor job because now I am starting to get some major lips where it is causing the tint to come off. So from my perspective it looks like they were trying to rush it to get it done.
*NOTE* I am not sure on how their handywork is on window tint since I did not get my windows tinted here so this is not regarding that.
But my overall summary, when it comes to wiring the vehicle, the work is phenomenal. Clean lines, great work, and very discreet looking. When it comes to tinting headlights/taillights and asking for a follow up, not so much. I would say if you plan on getting any work done here, just make sure to get all of your questions answered before getting the work done.”
