Took more than 30 min to get a simple notarization done! No backup, no clarity on how looonng it takes!! Not sure if appointments are allowed, but I'm still waiting after half hour...

It would be nice if the website was updated to reflect an appointment is required on Saturdays and they're unable to accommodate walk-ins for establishing a new account.

Upon entering, it’s a bit confusing to find the service desk, but appointments are always a bit delayed for about 15 minutes. If you finally get in, the rest is fast depending on the service you want. The place does feel understaffed though.
