It would be nice if the website was updated to reflect an appointment is required on Saturdays and they're unable to accommodate walk-ins for establishing a new account.

Upon entering, it’s a bit confusing to find the service desk, but appointments are always a bit delayed for about 15 minutes. If you finally get in, the rest is fast depending on the service you want. The place does feel understaffed though.

Apparently chase (at least this location) no longer allows you to stop in and complete banking needs, and when you get frustrated over it their rude employees laugh at you. Closing 2 accounts of 6 today, seriously considering closing all 6 and finding a bank who actually has some customer service….

Came in to this branch for questions regarding my family’s account. Caitlin assisted us and she was amazing. She answered all of our questions, informed us of updates, explained other options available, and told us to contact her if we had any other issues or questions. She was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in all aspects of our banking needs.

Absolutely disrespectful. Arrived early and was told the agent called in sick and to try another agency that may be able to acomodate us. A waste of time. A CALL OR AN EMAIL would have sufficed. Then absolutely no attempt to schedule us in or rectify the issue.

Totally incompetent. It took them 2 months to clear a couple checks, and they charged me a $62 collection fee on each of them and claimed it was from the institution the funds came from. Just for some background, the checks were from my mom as an early inheritance and she gave the same to my 5 siblings, none of whom experienced the same processing time and fees I did, so them blaming the bank the funds came from is a lie. Totally unacceptable. Too bad too because they're all over the place, and convenient for access to funds but unfortunately they're run by people who don't know they're doing or what they're talking about. Phone support is worthless too- unable to assist with anything. Done with Chase.

Wanted to open another saving account. there were two associates available but they told us to wait for someone and just walked out for lunch. Later we were told that no one is available. Very uncaring towards customers.

Account shutdown without any notice kept my last deposit hostage chase claims they will send a check steer clear very rude and chase has a pattern of suspicious activity they are very suspicious stealing customers money freezing account simple Google search chase shutdown .

Sat in the drive-through for more than 20 minutes to cash a $250 check. Then they told me that it was a $10 fee charge to cash a check that had a collected balance in it. WT?!?

Tried two branches, one had not a single person in the bank, the other had two customers. Neither branch was willing to sit with my son and I to open a new account. Customer service at this company is by far the worst!. This is the last time. Hope your happy with losing peoples business. This is unacceptable the way all these companies think they can treat people.

Caitlyn Tutt was absolutely helpful and very thoughtful. She's made insightful recommendations based on my personal information. She's also very thorough and has tried to reduce the wait time for my card. All in all, a great service by a great lady.

Angelina is professional, courteous and friendly. I deposited around 1,500 in quarters and she was patient and efficient, I never felt like a nuisance. I was in and out of the line within six minutes. Thank you Angelina! I love being a Chase bank customer.
