“This Dollar Tree has been our go-to location for many years. Over the last year the store really has suffered with perhaps lack of leadership or maybe lack of staff. The store was dirty, shelves were empty and where there was stock it was usually in a state of disarray. We’ve been skipping this location and visiting the location further up El Dorado near Target. Today our experience was different. When you walk in you can tell there is a change. The front of the store was neat and inviting. As we walked through the store, we had the same experience. Shelves were full and neatly organized. We stopped to give an employee stocking shelves appreciative feedback. We asked if the manager was in. He said the District Manager was in and went to get him. As we spoke with the DM he shared they have been working to turn the store around. It showed for sure! I hope that Dollar Tree Corp. continues to invest in leadership which in turn will have a positive impact on employees and customers. It was nice to be able to shop in this location again!”
“We were looking for a secret Santa gift,some activities for my grandsons upcoming car trip. We found several ideas and we'll as items we were not looking for. I would visit this store again. It is important to watch the prices.”
“I stopped by this place on a whim and I'm glad I gave it a whirl. Like any dollar store they have a bit of everything, and as you might expect, the stuff here is very Japanese. I strolled through most sections but the ones that caught my eye the most were the housewears and the snacks. I ended up getting a big glass bowl and some snacks. I don't know what Takoyaki is but the corn puff snacks were quite tasty. The prices aren't bad, and they include a handy Yen to Dollar conversion chart on the walls. If you're into Japanese stuff I definitely recommend giving this place a visit.”

“This is my first visit but now I will be a frequent shopper! The store is lovely—very clean and well organized. All the staff are very friendly & helpful. The prices are very reasonable & much less than “big box” stores. I highly recommend thid great store!”

“I am from out of state and came here to look around for some swimming stuff. The store was nice and clean. Compared to my local big lots this store had lots of stuff. The staff was super nice to us. We kinda held them up because it was closing time but they were super nice. I would definitely come here again when we are visiting.”
“Hit or miss customer service, but I dont expect much being that most locations have rude employees. My only irritation with this location is the number of unopened boxes that they always have out on dollies sitting around in the way, and no one is working on getting that product out. I can always hear management or whoever is in charge hanging out, chatting it up in the office while one lonely employee tries to cash people out.”
“This place is great for gifts and holiday decor. I have 4 grandchildren and I can always find the trending gifts they want at a price that allows me to buy more!”
“I normally would shop at the Dollar Tree in Lewisville, but last time I vowed to never again go there. It's a filthy dirty mess! Soooo, today I drove to this location and they have me as a customer for life. It's spacious, stocked, organized and clean. I know better now than to shop somewhere that's disgusting to be in.”

“This Dollar Tree store is one of the best I’ve seen lately. It is fully stocked and clean.It seems like most of the Dollar Tree stores these days are poorly managed and understaffed.I’m not sure if this store is under new management but it’s definitely in good shape. It wasn’t a few months ago but it has definitely improved since then. The manager and employees here are very nice and helpful.There is another store closer to me that’s a complete disaster, so I will continue to drive out of my way to shop at this store.”

“I NEVER leave reviews—but I left a negative one for the DG off Huffines because the manager wanted to fight me for throwing a baguette outside for the birds. I just wanted to express my gratitude after that trying experience. These guys were so chill. I was greeted upon walking in and he even let me re-enter my alternate ID when it didn’t take the first time. The experience was great and the store was organized and stocked. “I love the items and the cashiers go as fast as they can considering they're always short on help and the shelves are barely filled but the boxes are right there to do it....... the problem is the management*** as in corporate. It's not due to the lack of the cashiers at all”
