“Black Tie Moving was recommended to us by our Dallas realtor. They were very easy to deal with and setting up the details of the move was easy. Our movers arrived on time and took great care in wrapping and protecting our furniture. Super nice and polite young men, they were extremely hard working and efficient. Moving is stressful but Black Tie made this move for us as stress free as possible. Unloading at our new location involved using a freight elevator (that broke late in the afternoon) and putting down protective flooring in the hallways. The movers handled it all with calmness and got us moved in and ready to start our time in Dallas!”

They just need to put a doorstop back on the front door; it's been missing for at least three years. Moving shouldn't involve scavenging behind the bushes for bricks to use instead.”

“When I first obtained storage rentals from moving from my 5 bedroom home, I felt overwhelmed and defeated. It was by God's design that brought me to this storage facility.
Upon my arrival to the office, I was greeted and assisted by Johnna. She could sense that I was stressed and overwhelmed. She extended warm encouraging words to me. You never know what a person is going through. Johnna went above and beyond her job description by giving me hope and reassurance that everything was going to be ok.
Johnna was highly thorough and ensured that I had a vast understanding of public storage's policy and procedures. She went line by line of the contract and left no ambiguity as to what my monthly payments for my 3 units would be.
I never thought I would be in this situation. Getting laid off for 10 months and falling behind on perfectly paid bills, was truly heartbreaking and taxing. With the economy in its current state and the costs of everything rising, it didn't take long to deplet my savings and 401K. I'm beyond blessed that Johnna saw me as a person and held no judgment towards me.
Additionally, I remember falling behind on my storage payment due to catching up on things from starting a new job. I had received her reminder calls and decided to go to the office in person to discuss. Of course she was doing her job by explaining the late fees and situation in detail. Not excusing my actions whatsoever, I was highly stressed and used a unprofessional tone with her. After praying and God calling me out for my subpar behavior, I again returned to the office in person and issued her a formal apology and gave her a Starbucks gift card. She accepted and appreciated the apology and giftcard.
Johnna, has continued to assist me with my customer service needs and also provides a warm smile and willingness to assist.
If you need storage services and want to be treated like a human and not transactional, public storage Frisco is highly recommended. They will take care of you and your valuables with a servants heart.

“This is a very friendly place! I wasn’t actually a customer here. I came to donate clothes to the donation box inside the facility. I followed another car through the gate and dropped off my clothes, then realize that I need a code to exit.
It was already after business hours, but fortunately, customer service answered my call and quickly informed the facility manager about my situation. About 15 minutes later, the facility manager called me and helped me get out successfully.
I’m truly grateful for their help. I’ll also leave a review on the donation box’s Google Maps page to warn and remind anyone who may come here in the future to donate clothes. Thank you!”

“We are a returning customer from 2021. Office staff was great to work with during the initial rental process and very accommodating and pleasant. Reasonably priced and offered a 1-year no rate increase deal. Update 8/25/26 - We just downsized from 2 to 1 10x20 sq ft units as we are finally moving into our permanent place, but are keeping one 10x20 unit in a first floor climate-controlled building. Our experience continues to be very good and the current office staff (especially Rose who we have primarily dealt with) are very customer service oriented and pleasant to deal with. Access to facility at all hours is a big plus and 12-month rate guarantee has been great.”

I was in a pinch and needed to get some stuff transported from my sons house to my new house and booked the truck online, it was ready for me and it literally smelled like a new vehicle- only had 7000 miles on it... “Greg, Marcus, and Alex moved my daughter to Denton yesterday. They were incredibly time efficient, thorough in wrapping and caring for her furniture, and very professional & polite. I know locked off 1 star due to a couple of communication issues with James. The main issue is originally James said we would be the first move of the day and I am guessing closer to the date they had to rearrange the moving schedule which I understand. I just would have appreciated a notice the day before to inform me since I arrived at her place at 730am and movers came at 1:15pm. That made us have a long day and wasted time in the morning sitting around waiting. However, I would use again and I will contact 24-hour in advance to check their schedule arrangement and avoid unproductive time span.
