The facility offers units with both swing and roll-up doors, and the 1st, 2nd, and half of the 3rd floors are climate-controlled, while the other half of the 3rd and 4th floors are non-climate-controlled. The unit sizes range from 5x5 to 10x35. Customers praise the facility's professionalism, cleanliness, and security. The staff, particularly Mr. Don and Mrs. Renee, are described as friendly, helpful, and providing excellent customer service.
