“Rented in Houston. Rental truck was newer, clean, and powerful enough to drive Texas Highways at 75-80 MPH. Under 10 MPG at that speed but I appreciated a truck designed for today's highways.”
“I stopped by to return some boxes I purchased earlier in the week. The facility's pretty clean and the staff was friendly. The return process could've been a bit better. The person helping me almost refunded the amount to another person's card (she mistyped the store number), but because I'd asked if it was going back to ABC card and she said no, it's going back to 123, we were able to catch the mistake before the transaction was finalized. Outside of that near miss, everything else seemed okay.”

“I had an issue online, called and said go the next day and they would know. So I went and the guy was not sure who I was, then brief look at notes, I was in a hurry, had to get back to office 5 minutes away and now down to 10. In seemed like mere seconds I signed, initialed, handed card, and walked into office with a minute to spare. Thank you.”
“I went there for rent a U-Haul car. Customer service was excellent. A gentleman was very helpful. Overall if you need U-Haul in Frisco. Go to this location. They don’t have big parking lot, but you will have good service.Tucker was employee of the month ?5 Star for everything.”
“I scheduled movers through u-hauls 3rd party system and they never showed up (JH moving solutions). Thank God Victor and Cole were willing to help me after they got off work. They were so polite, didn’t rush and took great care of my furniture while moving it to the truck. These are the kind of people who we need more of in this world. Thank you guys so much!!”

“Absolute BEST service I have EVER received from a neighborhood U-Haul dealer. Since U-Haul let's so many different companies lend out their trucks it's always such a hit or miss trying to find somewhere reliable, but look no further cause this place got everything right!!! Jennifer is wayyyy overqualified for her position, she is absolutely AMAZING. BEST customer service. She even came outside with me to get me all set up w the truck and helped me adjust the mirrors. I would go out of my way to use this location again over any other!”

“Due to transmission issues with my car I was in the unfortunate position of having to pay for a rental vehicle. My car is under warranty, but the dealer's are all backed up so it will be a week before they can diagnose and determine it is an issue covered under warranty, at which point they will put me in a rental. That being said, Justin, was one the most helpful and genuine rental agents I've ever had to work with. He got me in and out in under 5 minutes. Didn't try to up-sell me on coverage I had already declined and got me out the door as soon as I came in. This location is in a totally random shopping center, but if you're close by and in need of a rental I highly suggest giving them a shot.”

“We had a broken trailer from another location. They helped us when they didn’t have to! Could have told us to go back where we came. They helped unload the broken trailer, load the new one, change the ball hitch, and even gave us water bottles. They made a stressful situation so much better. Thank you David and Shelby!!
Bonus points. Their parking lot is really easy to turn around in. Great when you have the trailer attached.”
