“Not sure why only 1 stars for these guys. This is my fourth or fifth rental in about as many years, and great service every time! Folks can read my review of the McKinney location for what a true bad experience is at a Budget Truck franchise. I recognized the one guy from my prior rentals, so felt good starting out. At this location, no hard sell on, nor blind siding rules, about insurance. One tire was flat on the rental this week. They gave me the keys to another - no hassle, and no added paperwork. However, the replacement truck had only about half a tank. They knew and took note of the miles. Because all my experience prior was good, I filled up the tank (vs trying to figure out the amount required to take it half way). I did so with confidence because these guys have been straight up and trustworthy in the past. They didn't disappoint in making sure I was made whole for that extra half tank.”

“The staff here is excellent. When renting U-Haul products, they generally have what you need in stock, and when they don't, they work hard to get if for you. Too, the people are helpful and knowledgable about all of their rentals (I have been to other locations where the knowledge level is lacking. The facility is clean and the service is completed in a reasonable amount of time.”

“Hello' Penske Fans! I recently went to Penske Truck Rental, July 12th weekend. When I called the toll free number the Customer Service people were all kind'. Professional, Interpersonal, and eager to help. Everything was affordable even the insurance. I picked the truck up at a service center from a Home Depot in Lewisville Texas. I like the way they handle things. Especially, because they close by 9:00 pm. I mean really, How convenient is that? Oh, yeah, and get this, They accept Groupons you guys" That's like a hot fudge sundae with a cherry on top. Unfortunately, I have been diagnosed with over 15) disorders and diseases, including Lupus and that weekend that I rented the truck, I was sick the entire time with migraine headaches up to 5) days and got nothing done. No pne could drive the truck because their name was not on the contract. I hope that I can get refunded for the money that I spent and the work that never got done. It is only a matter of medical proof that my statement is true. Due the fact that I am on disability, and I don't get much. I AM REQUESTING A FULL REFUND OR LET'S NEGOTIATE. IT WOULD REALLY HELP, BECAUSE I Have Exhausted my finances. I KNOW YOUR CORPORATE OFFICES UNDERSTAND, because st the end of the day, we are all just human. Since U-Haul let's so many different companies lend out their trucks it's always such a hit or miss trying to find somewhere reliable, but look no further cause this place got everything right!!! Jennifer is wayyyy overqualified for her position, she is absolutely AMAZING. BEST customer service. She even came outside with me to get me all set up w the truck and helped me adjust the mirrors. “Due to transmission issues with my car I was in the unfortunate position of having to pay for a rental vehicle. My car is under warranty, but the dealer's are all backed up so it will be a week before they can diagnose and determine it is an issue covered under warranty, at which point they will put me in a rental. That being said, Justin, was one the most helpful and genuine rental agents I've ever had to work with. He got me in and out in under 5 minutes. Didn't try to up-sell me on coverage I had already declined and got me out the door as soon as I came in. This location is in a totally random shopping center, but if you're close by and in need of a rental I highly suggest giving them a shot.”

Jason has always been professional, kind, patient, personable and very knowledgeable. He goes the EXTRA mile! His customer service skills are spot on even with individuals in various scenarios. I wish he would come to work at my property management company.Jason is an asset!!Since Public Storage has taken over not happy about 1 of the payment options I have been used to for the past 12 years has been removed.
