“If you are ready to get in and out fast, have a clean truck that is well maintained, have great conversation with a great team and just very cool people... rent from UHAUL PROSPER... I was in a pinch and needed to get some stuff transported from my sons house to my new house and booked the truck online, it was ready for me and it literally smelled like a new vehicle- only had 7000 miles on it... I knew it was reliable and handled well too. I'm a nervous Nelly about renting vehicles because you never know if they are maintained... no worries here !!!! Didn't have to worry about a thing !!!!! “I stopped by to return some boxes I purchased earlier in the week. The facility's pretty clean and the staff was friendly. The return process could've been a bit better. The person helping me almost refunded the amount to another person's card (she mistyped the store number), but because I'd asked if it was going back to ABC card and she said no, it's going back to 123, we were able to catch the mistake before the transaction was finalized. Outside of that near miss, everything else seemed okay.”
“Location is easy to find , employees are great, friendly and helpful. There is a great selection and it is easy to drive the box trucks in and out of this location. It is in a safe area so I felt fine leaving my car. It was not to busy at all and did not run into a wait. The return process of was easy. I booked a truck to easy to move a washer and drier and it was the easiest thing. I did notice they have plenty of boxes, moving supplies, blankets, dollies if needed.”

“We had a truck replaced, the serviceman was not very friendly, maybe he didn't drink his coffee in the morning and that's why he was sad. Overall, the location is convenient. There are a lot of trucks in stock, the truck was replaced quickly and professionally. The guys are great.”

So I went and the guy was not sure who I was, then brief look at notes, I was in a hurry, had to get back to office 5 minutes away and now down to 10. I especially appreciate that they were quick to come help me with the drop-off process even as I pulled in 10 minutes before closing. You don't see that level of excellence everywhere!”
“The staff here is excellent. When renting U-Haul products, they generally have what you need in stock, and when they don't, they work hard to get if for you. Too, the people are helpful and knowledgable about all of their rentals (I have been to other locations where the knowledge level is lacking. The facility is clean and the service is completed in a reasonable amount of time.”

“Not sure why only 1 stars for these guys. This is my fourth or fifth rental in about as many years, and great service every time! Folks can read my review of the McKinney location for what a true bad experience is at a Budget Truck franchise. I recognized the one guy from my prior rentals, so felt good starting out. At this location, no hard sell on, nor blind siding rules, about insurance. One tire was flat on the rental this week. They gave me the keys to another - no hassle, and no added paperwork. However, the replacement truck had only about half a tank. They knew and took note of the miles. Because all my experience prior was good, I filled up the tank (vs trying to figure out the amount required to take it half way). I did so with confidence because these guys have been straight up and trustworthy in the past. They didn't disappoint in making sure I was made whole for that extra half tank.”
“This is the second U-Haul We have rented in 2 weeks. They are very professional. They do a very good job. My family and I would recommend them to anybody in town.”
“Due to transmission issues with my car I was in the unfortunate position of having to pay for a rental vehicle. My car is under warranty, but the dealer's are all backed up so it will be a week before they can diagnose and determine it is an issue covered under warranty, at which point they will put me in a rental. That being said, Justin, was one the most helpful and genuine rental agents I've ever had to work with. He got me in and out in under 5 minutes. Didn't try to up-sell me on coverage I had already declined and got me out the door as soon as I came in. This location is in a totally random shopping center, but if you're close by and in need of a rental I highly suggest giving them a shot.”

“Brittni and Tom at this Montfort location went above and beyond customer service and the security and verification process of keeping my unit extra secured and protected while I left the country was beyond expectation. They ensured me and stood behind their word til I returned. Also when I returned they changed my latch due to little bend in it and also changed weatherstrip on door to keep my stuff secure and dry as well.
