I have a 2015 F250, brought to Ford for service and also to have my “Death Wobble” checked out. Ford dealer couldn’t find the issue. So I brought it here at Quality Tire & Auto. Within 5 mins they told me that my Tie Rod Balljoint is very loose and not safe to drive. Needless to say. I’m thankful for their expertise in our community!”

“I went in for an alignment because my steering wheel was angled to the right, when I left it was straight! I did notice a rubber mark that wasn’t there before on the paint but it came off with a terry cloth so I didn't make it a big deal. Service was Good! “From the Service Manager to the Mechanic (Juan) that serviced my car I was very happy with updates and the time frame to complete the repairs on the retractable hardtop on my 2012 BMW Z4 35i. Juan was able to quickly identify and repair the errors causing my hardtop not to lock in place or retract. I have read a lot about what kind of issues the retractable hardtop can have, and Juan quickly identified 2 broken wires and a bad limit switch and made the corrective actions required expeditiously. I am a very happy customer! Thanks to all involved.”

“I am an ASE Certified Master Auto and Truck mechanic and have always done my own work on all my vehicles. Due to a recent surgery, I am currently unable to do some of the repairs myself. I had what I suspected was a bad LF axle bearing in my car and took it to Elite Autoworks in Belton. They diagnosed the noise and quoted me a reasonable price to do the repair. A few days later the car is complete. Picked it up and it's now fine. I really appreciate their methodology of proper diagnosis of the issue followed with great communication and attention to detail in doing the repair. I will be taking any and all future repairs (that I can't do myself) to this shop and highly recommend them to others.”

The hail damage is hard to see in the photo, but the entire rear panel needed to be replaced. I got my car back looking brand new and clean because they even detailed it.
