“My front passenger side tire wasn't holding air/gong low overnight. My brother took me here. We were in the waiting area for a few minutes, the employee came, and us back out to vehicle. He said the stem was leaking air. I asked how much it was to fix it. He said $7, I said OKAY, how long will it take. He said it's already done!! I was like WOW!! Thank you, paid him and left. Since I'm new to the area, this maybe my go to spot for any future tire issues with any of my vehicles.”

“There's a reason this dealer has a higher rating than any other dealers in the area. The new truck buying situation at a dealer was always a terrible time. My wife and I went to two other dealerships, where we were already getting approached and talked to before we could even close the doors from parking. At Don Ringler it was much more enjoyable, we weren't rushed to as soon as they saw us try to get out of our vehicle upon arrival. Knowledgeable salesman (shout-out to Sean) was very easy to deal with. Every step of the way I'm out truck buying process everyone was easy going and best of all... honest straight shooting with the facts or details.The finance department tried their best to match the rates I received from my credit union, but ultimately fell short. The best part is they didn't try to push me on having to use their financing for "incentives". They just supplied us with the best they could do and were happy to have our business either way.Least pushy dealership experience I have had by far. Everything was more of a conversation of what is best for our needs like financing, warranties and extra protections. “HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Randy and the team at Quality Tire!I brought my car into my dealership for a routine service appointment and also because my car and steering wheel were shaking when driving at high speeds. They had to keep my car over night because it was “a head scratcher” as far as what was wrong with it. When I got my car back the next day they told me they had rotated and balanced the tires and that my problem was solved. Upon driving home I noticed that my steering wheel was sitting diagonal and if I let my hand off the wheel my car went flying across the highway to the right and was still shaking.I called Quality Tire and Randy got me in that same day within a couple hours. They had me in and out in less than 30 minutes with the actual issue and a SOLUTION. My tires were being shredded because of how bad my alignment was and one of my tires had a bubble in the tread that was about to POP!! The dealership sent me home like this without noticing a thing.Randy had new tires for me the next day, fixed my alignment and my car was running perfect again. Thank God for this crew and their actual knowledge and care about vehicles and tires. I will be bringing my Jeep back here for any needs I have!THANK YOU QUALITY TIRE!”
“Carl is incredible. Kept me informed on my wife’s suburban transmission replacement. Reasonable price and about $4000 cheaper than the dealership. Very straight forward. Now they have my truck that unfortunately has a blown motor. They’ve worked closely with my warranty company and were able to play a HUGE part in getting the warranty to pay. Saved me probably close to $8000+! Highly recommend. Honest people and full service. You won’t be disappointedUpdate: I picked up my truck yesterday from the motor replacement. It runs IMPECCABLY. These guys know their stuff and are strait forward. I have a fully re-manufactured engine and the warranty company paid, unbelievable. These guys are the real deal. “After the wind blew a tree limb into my "collector's truck", I was hesitant to allow anyone to touch it. It still had the original paint after 19 years. I selected Epperson bc of its reputation and competitive pricing. They fixed the truck in a timely fashion, but after picking it up, I noticed a slight flaw along the line of a panel. I took it back and asked their opinion. Immediately, the scheduled me to bring the truck back in and totally repainted the area, at no cost to me. Many say they have a "warranty", but Epperson's is "legit" and there were no questions asked or further payment required! Thank you Epperson, for keeping not only me, but those who will inherit the truck "happy campers"!!”
