“The readiness and usefulness of the truck was great, as well as the customer service. However, the truck smelled heavily of Cigarette smoke, which made the driving of the truck uncomfortable and in someways, unbearable. I would appreciate a non-smoking truck the next time I rent from U-Haul.”
