“I have had the pleasure of living at The View at TPC for the past 2.5 years, and it has been a fantastic experience. The community is well-maintained, the amenities are great, and the location is ideal. But what truly stands out is the exceptional service from the staff.
Recently, I had a situation that required some assistance, and Daisy went above and beyond to help me. She handled everything with professionalism, patience, and genuine care, making sure that my concerns were addressed and resolved smoothly. Her dedication to providing excellent service made a significant difference, and I’m truly grateful for her support.
Throughout my time here, the staff have always been attentive, friendly, and quick to respond to any needs or requests. Living at The View at TPC has been a positive experience from start to finish, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

“I toured the property and it was really nice. The grounds were well maintained the office personnel were very helpful and friendly. When I was shown the unit it was beautiful, the floors are real tile and I'm looking forward to the kitchen. I've never had access to that much counter space. Looking forward to moving in.”
“The Studios is an amazing place to live. Moved in about a year ago, I have all I need to flourish among living downtown. Blocks from El Camino food trucks, elsewhere beer garden and the lucky duck there is a wonderful presence here in the nightlife. There’s easy access to a dog park across the street, a liquor store within a 5 minute walk and about a 10 minute drive to the nearest HEB. After living on the north side for the last 10 years, I don’t think I’d want to live anywhere else. It’s a great place and the ease of access to the pearl and river walk brings you to the heart of San Antonio.”

“I have lived here since May 2022. I have never once regretted my decision to chose The Redland. We have had no issues with the exception of having to share the parking lot with other tenants. ? We love the pool. The office staff is always professional and helpful. Vanessa (the manager)herself came to check out an electrical issue because the maintenance team was gone for the day, worked out a temporary solution, and made sure maintenance was there the next morning. Loving all the new community engagement activities from the food trucks to the movie nights in the pool! Overall, great experience in the last year and a half.”

“I love where we live! Courtney in the office is the best! She came personally once to help me on a weekend with a non-emergency issue. Our maintenance is great! My washer recently broke, and they came by during a time that worked for me and took care of it. I truly love living here! I have zero complaints!”

The guy his names is Jesus and he was very respectful and helpful.
He did a very good job and cleaned up after himself.

“The manager, Bambi, and the staff greatly care for the residents. Safety is a priority, and the customer service is absolutely phenomenal. Crime is very minimal here. The truth is there is no apartment complex in America. That does not have some crime. Gated or not. What I can say is there are no violent crimes that happen here. No Street thugs or shady folks walking around. Cars have been broken into, but it's few far and in between. If you own a Kia or Hyundai, it's not a matter of if, more like when. Don't be upset at the apartment complex; be mad at the poor security your car manufacturer provided. I have kids, and I highly recommend living here.”
