“I would like to give a shoutout to David Diaz one of our maintenance providers here at the apartment complex. Our heater stopped working due to the freeze and he came to our rescue that day and fixed our heater. Now we don't have to worry about more freezing tonight. Thanks David!”

“Lived here for a quick 6 month lease, let me just say if me & my boyfriend hadn’t found a house yet we definitely would’ve renewed the lease, no complaints AT ALL. Property is always kept clean, very quiet area, no sketchy activity, felt safe to walk alone with my baby. The lovely ladies in the office were always a big help especially Natalie, she was always there to answer any questions me and my partner had.”

“On my move in there was a good amount of small repairs that still needed to be done in the unit. The management was and is very responsive. They moved with a purpose and the tech Zach was fast and efficient in getting the repairs done. I’ve lease multiple apartments over the years in San Antonio and this is hand down one of the best experiences I’ve had even with the repairs. I highly recommend this community.”

“Great management and staff!!
I've been living here for 5 months now and boy this is the greatest place I've ever lived!! They have a fourth floor pool area overlooking the Riverwalk and the venues. Such a great site! You can see a great view of the Hemisphere Tower and downtown San Antonio.
They have a gym on the first floor that's just a good as any CrossFit gym I've been in. They have a first floor pool with a super nice layout! Plenty of courtyards and places to walk your doggy. There's doggy stations all around the property and in the courtyards. They have their own doggie park which is really nice! The parking garage here rocks! Plenty of elevators if you don't want to take the stairs. They even have their own convenience store for your use. All you do is walk in get what you want and it charges the card you want to charge. And boy this store has a great selection! These Lofts are so cool looking. There's so many floor plans that you can pick what you like. For the price, location and management..... I don't think there's a better place around at least here in San Antonio. Yep The maintenance team here is the best!!! They always get stuff fixed in a very fast and efficient way. I've never met the owner but this guy has a place that rocks!! I think he really cares about this place!! This place is very well maintained!! You got to come check it out!!! There's so many good things to tell about this place that there's not enough room on this Google review to say it all.”

“I’ve lived at Vista Two 52 for over a year now and while the apartments themselves are older, I’m very satisfied with it. Jeffrey in the front office goes above and beyond, is always in a great mood, and truly takes care of the tenants. The maintenance team is phenomenal and responds very quickly. While it seems to have changed managers a couple times since being here, I’m very happy with my choice of residing at Vista Two 52!!”

“Jon was great completing our maintenance requests! We had three different tasks from fixing a broken tub stopper to clearing out the dryer from overpacked lint. the request was completed very quick and he is always friendly.”

“I love living here! The apartments have great layouts and use of space, plenty of storage in the kitchen, closets are big, and bonus is a stackable washer/dryer along with stainless steel appliances. One thing that makes it unique is they don’t have hot water heaters, it’s like a hotel, you never run out of hot water! I especially love the extra attention that was given to soundproofing, I never hear my neighbors or the traffic downstairs on Broadway. My view from my balcony is of Jefferson Bank and Hemisfair to the right. The amenities can’t be beat, nice gym, beautiful pool w/ jacuzzi, dog park, dog grooming station, clubhouse, and CVS on site for those last minute things you might need or to get medicine if you’re sick. The convenience of the Pearl being across the street is nice for walking to the weekend farmers markets, or the restaurants, bars, and cute shops without the headache of finding and paying for parking. Also, you’re close enough to downtown that rideshares are cheap for getting around. Where Mosaic shines over other places I have lived is the staff. They have a small group of people who work here so you know them when you need them for maintenance, which they are so quick to respond. Thank you Edgar. Yolanda, & Agustin. In the office you have Donna & James, they are so kind and helpful, and they literally know everyone who lives here, they remember you and things you like to do, your pets names, etc. Makes it feel more like they are family or friends. The last thing, but most important, is the security of the building. There are keypads for side entry, and key fobs to open the elevators, allowing only residents to access the building. There is paid parking for residents (cheaper than what I paid to have a carport at my last complex) that is on the second floor that is gated, for an extra fee you can have a reserved space. Otherwise you can park for free on the first floor. Can’t say enough good things about living here. If I could buy my apartment I would!”

“Ashley and the ladies in the office are always so friendly, welcoming, and helpful! Ashley in particular is always quick to help with any questions or concerns and genuinely makes you feel taken care of. Maintenance has also been great and responsive whenever needed. Overall 5 stars for sure!”

“Overall, we have enjoyed living in this community. The amenities are great, especially the pool and gym. The property is generally very quiet, well maintained, and offers a nice environment for families. The pool and gym can get crowded at times due to the number of residents, but it’s nice to have those amenities available.

Our biggest concern is resident safety. Our building has several children who enjoy playing outside together, but many residents drive through the complex at very high speeds. Unfortunately, this has created an ongoing safety issue. Multiple concerns have been reported to the office, but we have not seen any action taken or communication sent to residents regarding the problem.

Residents have been asked to provide license plate numbers, but with the number of vehicles speeding through the property, it’s often impossible to safely identify and record them. It would be helpful if management would send a community-wide reminder encouraging residents to slow down and be mindful of children and pedestrians throughout the complex.

Aside from this concern, the community is a great place to live. We simply hope more attention is given to the speeding issue before someone gets hurt.”

“The Studios is an amazing place to live. Moved in about a year ago, I have all I need to flourish among living downtown. Blocks from El Camino food trucks, elsewhere beer garden and the lucky duck there is a wonderful presence here in the nightlife. There’s easy access to a dog park across the street, a liquor store within a 5 minute walk and about a 10 minute drive to the nearest HEB. After living on the north side for the last 10 years, I don’t think I’d want to live anywhere else. It’s a great place and the ease of access to the pearl and river walk brings you to the heart of San Antonio.”

“I’ve had a great experience at Redland Apartments. The property is well maintained, the community is peaceful, and the staff truly make the place feel welcoming.

Property Manager Vanessa and Leasing Agent Kimberly are absolutely the best. They’re always professional, helpful, and quick to respond whenever I have questions or need assistance. You can really tell they care about the residents and take pride in keeping everything running smoothly.

Great management can make all the difference in an apartment community, and Vanessa and Kimberly definitely set the standard. Highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a place with a supportive and attentive team.”

“Alamo Oaks Apartments is a good place to live. The location is really convenient, especially being close to Loop 410, stores, and bus stops.

The apartments are a good size and have useful features like a dishwasher and washer/dryer connections. The community also has things like a pool and parking, which is nice.

Overall, it’s a solid option for the price and a convenient place to live.”

“Most these reviews are before they got new management. My sister has been living here for about a year . I babysit her kids there so iknow happen to know that it's a decent place to live.. spacious lots of room. people arn't outside hanging around everywhere all times a night . the ladies in the office are nice, maintenance is good too. if there's any problems they help best way they can and actually care. Price is affordable not an arm and leg like most places. even though it's an older apartment complex it's still quiet, safe and clean. the kids really like it too.”
