“I truly love this store!! The moment I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome from the staff!! My sales gal Ariana!! She was super nice, and pleasant to me!! She showed, and gave a tour of the sales floor. Informed me of all the specials they had going on. I ended buying a matching Samsung front loading washer, dryer set with pedestals along with a beautiful side by side Kitchenaid refrigerator!! I was also greeted by the manager, and owner Alyssa!! The techs, and make ready crew Nick, and Roger were super nice, and ran some tests before the appliances were delivered!! “Home Depot is stepping it up!
Had a great experience at the location near Bitters/281… was greeted and accurately given directions to the item needed, then greeted again moments later and, as I attempted to load an item onto my flatbed, was offered assistance by Leroy in the nearby plumbing department to load the remaining items and he suggested to purchase one additional to receive a bulk discount (no brainer!). Heading to the self-checkout, the attendant offered to have someone load my car; I accepted and before I could reach my car, was approached.
Few things to note because I’ve been purchasing 5 bags of salt crystals from different Home Depot locations four times a year over the past eight years:
1.No employee has ever offered to load my flatbed with these heavy bags
2. No employee has ever told me about the bulk discount with the purchase of 6 bags
3. No employee has ever offered to have someone load my car or assisted me with this task
Way to step up your customer service game… I’ll definitely be back to this location!”

“My sister and I walked in Home Depot for a dryer knob. Troy saw us and asked if we required assistance. My sister asked for thr knob she required for her dryer. Troy stated that Home Depot sales washer and dryers not knobs. However, Troy took us to the computer and provided options. He showed my sister where to purchase the knob she wanted.
Troy, in the washer and dryer section, was very helpful and impactful.
Give me a raise.”
“I had a sofa delivered today and it was broken underneath. The drivers caught that, thank goodness. They were so nice about it. The store had another one delivered within the hour. Such great service from everyone today. I really appreciate how nice the delivery drivers were about having to go back for another one today. They were so friendly. Thank you guys! Also David from the store was so helpful and nice. I will definitely be using Aaron's again. Itleast this location. ? 5 stars for sure!”

“Personally have not used this company but did want to come here to say they are hiring the right people- I witnessed a Hotsy employee jump out of his truck and run to the backseat to pull out two cold water bottles and give them to a man experiencing homelessness. An act of kindness that I know the other man appreciated on this very hot day. Most of us drive by (including myself) but he stopped to help in a way that he could. If I did need the services they provide, they will be my first choice for this reason.”

“Out of all of the CED Greentech locations, this one is the most. It has a massive warehouse with walls and a roof, an amount of inventory that's more than none, and a staff that's human, unlike those other places that are just AI or cake. They even knew who the Mayor of Flavortown, Guy Fieri, was when they saw his picture. These guys are THE guys to go to when you need to go to a CED Greentech location in northeast San Antonio. Thanks again for the cell kits and for the empenada recommendation. My arteries are already closing up in eager anticipation of those! 7/5 stars!”

“I've always been a Lowe's girl, I usually only venture into Home Depot when they have something that I can't find at Lowe's. That's what brought me to the Bitters Home Depot on Tuesday May 24th, they had something I couldn't get anywhere else. I needed Rust-oleum Home Floor Coating and I needed it tinted to Seattle Mist. I couldn't find it anywhere on the shelf of the paint dept. and just when I was about to go looking for help, help arrived by the name of Sam. I told him what I wanted and he began the hunt. Turns out they were up on a high shelf with the extra stock, so Sam went to get a ladder and got a light base and a deep base down since we didn't know which one was needed.Then the real fun began. Poor Sam. I told him the color choice and he went to the computer and nope-wrong base, but it wasn't the wrong base. Tried again with the deep base and nope-wrong base again. Sam tried everything, all while never once losing his patience with me and all my questions. He was exceedingly kind, knowledgeable and understanding, and he never gave up. In the end, he got me my Seattle Mist floor paint and he thanked ME for my patience. I am so grateful to have had Sam to work with on this because truly, HE was the patient one, no lie I asked about 142 questions. I think from now on all my future paint needs are going to be met here at the Bitters location just so I can work with Sam again!Also, I can't forget about Ron who also helped me with mixing a trim color while I was waiting for Sam to work his magic. Ron was helpful, kind, funny and he had my paint mixed and done so fast I couldn't believe it!”

“I sometimes go here when I want to take a walk but weather is not good. I enjoy the little cafe and always get a table by the window. Store has just about anything you might need for the home within budget. I got a sofa here and paid to have someone deliver and assemble it in my home. Everything worked out very well.”
