“This was my first time buying appliances for my new apartment, and I wasn't sure I'd find exactly what I wanted. To my surprise, I immediately found several washers and dryers that matched the style I was looking for.
Kahs was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She guided me through both the warehouse and showroom, answered my questions, and never once felt pushy. She gave me plenty of space to do my own research while still being available whenever I needed assistance. She was also very friendly and even moved appliances around so I could inspect them from every angle, and was happy to answer my random questions. They worked around my schedule for delivery and installation.
Only issues I have had was when my appliances were set up they check to make sure they worked which they appeared to have, but when i tried them out for the first time the dryer blower seemed to be broken. When I realized this I called back and they offered to set up an exchange for a new dryer which they did, and with no push back. I am set to get that new dryer here soon, but don't let my experience of the broken dryer dissuade you from shopping here. Kahs told me they have changed there testing policies since I made my purchase. I have full confidence I will get my new working dryer will update if something goes wrong.
I was just there for a washer and dryer but they had such a nice selection of fridges and stoves and all sorts of stuff. They are able to be flexible with the price when you buy more, I was able to get more off because I bought a unmatching set.
You can pay for an extended warranty on any machines, but on the GE machines I bought I was able to get the free 1 year warranty which is awesome.
Recommend you check it out for the prices alone, but the overall experience is quite nice.”

“These guys are top notch. I love this place! Everyone is super knowledgeable and willing to help. I've had dryer issues on two separate occasions and they've had the part that I needed and saved me $400 or so on a new appliance. Can't recommend this place enough. They even tested the part I brought in to make sure it was the problem.”

“Great place to look for appliances!!! We went to Lowe’s, Home Depot, and Best Buy before landing in this hidden treasure. Our refrigerator went out, after spending money on trying to fix it, nothing worked and we needed a fridge TODAY. All the other stores did not have same-day availability. We would have to wait to order and have it delivered. So when I came across A Better Buy Appliance, Dan the owner was very helpful and informative, more than any of the other store we had visited. We found a refrigerator with minor dents, you can’t even see them unless you look closely and we were able to bring it home the same day. I definitely recommend you shop here. Plus, cost was less than half of what we would’ve paid at the big box stores. Be coming back and recommending family and friends.”

“I've used their services twice now. Most recently Rudy came out to install a faucet and replace the supply hoses. He knocked it out in no time, made me regret not getting it down sooner.
On the first project I worked with them on was installing a dishwasher. I got a quote from a competitor first (cough* cough* Goettl) and they tried to charge me the price of the dishwasher for the install. They had the gall to try to also pitch me subscription service. Anyways, Ajax was going to charge me less than half of the competitor. I don't know if that was a reflection of the competitor or how these guys are so reasonable.
Ajax Plumbing is reasonable priced, easy to book with, and are quick and professional. Will definitely be coming back to them in the future.”
“I have been told by a bunch of people to go to Fergusons for all your plumbing needs. And I would say yes I’ll go there. And I never did. We have been in business for over 10 years and yesterday was the first ever going there. And I’ll say I wish I would’ve listened to everyone. I was like a kid in a candy store. I wanted to buy everything. Not that I need them. Just to say that I gave them. They have everything you would ever need for plumbing and a great price too. Way cheaper than Home Depot. And a better quality product. The service was the best part. You tell them what you are there for and they run and get it. I was really impressed by this place. They will be seeing me a lot. Because we do a lot of plumbing. I’m excited to have finally gone here. Thanks.”

Had a great experience at the location near Bitters/281… was greeted and accurately given directions to the item needed, then greeted again moments later and, as I attempted to load an item onto my flatbed, was offered assistance by Leroy in the nearby plumbing department to load the remaining items and he suggested to purchase one additional to receive a bulk discount (no brainer!). Heading to the self-checkout, the attendant offered to have someone load my car; I accepted and before I could reach my car, was approached.
Few things to note because I’ve been purchasing 5 bags of salt crystals from different Home Depot locations four times a year over the past eight years:
1.No employee has ever offered to load my flatbed with these heavy bags
2. No employee has ever told me about the bulk discount with the purchase of 6 bags
3. No employee has ever offered to have someone load my car or assisted me with this task
Way to step up your customer service game… I’ll definitely be back to this location!”

“Personally have not used this company but did want to come here to say they are hiring the right people- I witnessed a Hotsy employee jump out of his truck and run to the backseat to pull out two cold water bottles and give them to a man experiencing homelessness. An act of kindness that I know the other man appreciated on this very hot day. Most of us drive by (including myself) but he stopped to help in a way that he could. If I did need the services they provide, they will be my first choice for this reason.”

“Truck drivers: there is enough parking for one truck in their driveway before the warehouse gate so if you arrive overnight then you can park there, if you have a 9am appt. do not get to the location till atleast 8:15am-8:30am (if you do arrive before 8:15am they will not get you unloaded because they are still loading their work trucks). The receiving crew is super cool, and good unloading time around 45 minutes- 1hr. Docking area has more than enough room to manuver, all they ask is to chock your wheels when docking in”

“Out of all of the CED Greentech locations, this one is the most. It has a massive warehouse with walls and a roof, an amount of inventory that's more than none, and a staff that's human, unlike those other places that are just AI or cake. They even knew who the Mayor of Flavortown, Guy Fieri, was when they saw his picture. These guys are THE guys to go to when you need to go to a CED Greentech location in northeast San Antonio.
