“My wife and I visited this store on August 1, 2026, and I’m so glad we did. At first, I wasn’t even interested in going, but it ended up being well worth the trip.
They have a huge selection of appliances and other household items at prices that are significantly lower than what you’d typically pay elsewhere. We purchased a Samsung Bespoke refrigerator, and Kahsandra made the entire experience exceptional. She went above and beyond by helping us arrange to have the refrigerator transferred from another store and worked with us to get a fantastic price.
The very next day, we went back so we could see the refrigerator in person since we hadn’t had the chance the day before. While we were there, we came across a Samsung Bespoke dishwasher. It was in excellent condition, and the price was too good to pass up, so we added it to our delivery.
We also want to give a shout-out to the delivery team. They were professional, friendly, and handled everything with great care. They installed the refrigerator for us, and I decided to install the dishwasher myself. Everything works perfectly, and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase.
From the quality of the products to the outstanding customer service and delivery experience, this was an excellent experience from start to finish. It was absolutely a worthwhile purchase, and we wouldn’t hesitate to shop here again. Highly recommended!”

“These guys are top notch. I love this place! Everyone is super knowledgeable and willing to help. I've had dryer issues on two separate occasions and they've had the part that I needed and saved me $400 or so on a new appliance. Can't recommend this place enough. They even tested the part I brought in to make sure it was the problem.”

“Great place to look for appliances!!! We went to Lowe’s, Home Depot, and Best Buy before landing in this hidden treasure. Our refrigerator went out, after spending money on trying to fix it, nothing worked and we needed a fridge TODAY. All the other stores did not have same-day availability. We would have to wait to order and have it delivered. So when I came across A Better Buy Appliance, Dan the owner was very helpful and informative, more than any of the other store we had visited. We found a refrigerator with minor dents, you can’t even see them unless you look closely and we were able to bring it home the same day. I definitely recommend you shop here. Plus, cost was less than half of what we would’ve paid at the big box stores. Be coming back and recommending family and friends.”

“I've used their services twice now. Most recently Rudy came out to install a faucet and replace the supply hoses. He knocked it out in no time, made me regret not getting it down sooner.
On the first project I worked with them on was installing a dishwasher. I got a quote from a competitor first (cough* cough* Goettl) and they tried to charge me the price of the dishwasher for the install. They had the gall to try to also pitch me subscription service. Anyways, Ajax was going to charge me less than half of the competitor. I don't know if that was a reflection of the competitor or how these guys are so reasonable.
Ajax Plumbing is reasonable priced, easy to book with, and are quick and professional. Will definitely be coming back to them in the future.”
“I went to this place to pick up some salt for my water softener, and there was a nice lady, sadly I don’t remember her name, but I think she was a manager, she came to show me where the bags where and grab them and put them in my basket, which I thought was a very nice gesture.”

“Personally have not used this company but did want to come here to say they are hiring the right people- I witnessed a Hotsy employee jump out of his truck and run to the backseat to pull out two cold water bottles and give them to a man experiencing homelessness. An act of kindness that I know the other man appreciated on this very hot day. Most of us drive by (including myself) but he stopped to help in a way that he could. If I did need the services they provide, they will be my first choice for this reason.”

“Davi was great and honestly saved the sale for the store and with Amazon taking over just about everything, I’m assuming every one helps.
We asked one, two and then three people to help open a case to purchase the red light $700 -not look -not question about it-but ready to go to register -and we had to wait and asked twice more for help and ask for the product.
Davi got ahead of it and not only helped us w our initial need but answered additional questions and left us w a much better feeling than we had and prevented Amazon from making an additional 850 versus Best Buy!With Amazon taking over so many big box stores it’s vital that customer service Davi more often -thank you, Davie! “Truck drivers: there is enough parking for one truck in their driveway before the warehouse gate so if you arrive overnight then you can park there, if you have a 9am appt. do not get to the location till atleast 8:15am-8:30am (if you do arrive before 8:15am they will not get you unloaded because they are still loading their work trucks). The receiving crew is super cool, and good unloading time around 45 minutes- 1hr. Docking area has more than enough room to manuver, all they ask is to chock your wheels when docking in”

“Out of all of the CED Greentech locations, this one is the most. It has a massive warehouse with walls and a roof, an amount of inventory that's more than none, and a staff that's human, unlike those other places that are just AI or cake. They even knew who the Mayor of Flavortown, Guy Fieri, was when they saw his picture. These guys are THE guys to go to when you need to go to a CED Greentech location in northeast San Antonio. “I really would give it A 0 I have gone to this store since June was looking around to get a dining Room set a living Room set and a new bedroom set Looked around it was hot and I was getting frustrated because of the Heat so then I came back again in the middle of July same thing hot I came back the beginning of August also again it was very hot in the store it was so uncomfortable I left without even looking came back today August 29 it is so hot in there I got sick I had a headache and I wanted to throw up I do not know how these employees are working there in this a terrible heat I feel sorry for the workers trying to stay cool and still trying to maintain conversations without having to sweat or wiping sweat off their face I know that there was other customers there with me that were complaining and left because they were getting headaches and they didnt want to wait to see how long the approval was as for me same thing like I said I had to go to the restroom and excuse myself because I felt like throwing up the heat is bad you would think famsa would want to take care of their employees and their customers and make it comfortable for them to work n for their customers to shop n look around in comfort.”
