I would suggest a different James Avery store. The service is terrible here. Rude staff, when asked for help she acted like we were disturbing her. Wouldn't even finish with us before taking 2 other people.

The customer service is top notch. I love engaging with the employees and hearing their charm bracelet stories as I pick up new charms. Of course the quality of the jewelry speaks for itself. I love the message of James Avery through the jewelry. ❤️

Went a few weeks ago for their charm event and one of the sales associates recognized me and she came immediately over to help me, Which surprised me because I haven’t been there in quite a while so also so nice to see her again. The customer service was great. Even though they had every employee at the registers and there was a long line, as soon as I got up to the register, the employee treated me as if I were the only customer in the world. I don't know if this is because of the company's training or the employee's own decision. Either way, keep it up.

daughter and I stopped into James Avery today to browse their charm event and had such a wonderful experience. We each found a beautiful charm—one for her growing charm bracelet and one for me to wear as a pendant. Thanks to the charm event and the included free chain charm holder, everything was reasonably priced, which was a nice bonus.
We also brought in several pieces of our existing James Avery jewelry for repair and cleaning. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, making the entire visit smooth and enjoyable.
Special thanks to Chante and Alexandra—both were so kind, patient, and attentive. They took the time to help us find exactly what we were looking for and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Their customer service truly stood out. We’ll definitely be back!

I love this store!!! The associates are all amazing and so very helpful!! My jewelry sparkles, what I request them to do is done perfectly, and they really help me out with my unique situation, when they can and are able to.....I couldn't be happier with the customer service at this location!!! I was hesitant to buy a new ring at this store because I had a bad experience with an older woman in the past. I was determined not to purchase anything else if I was treated the same way. However, when I was greeted by Sarah, I was pleasantly surprised. She immediately approached me with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor, eager to help me. My service was quick and efficient, and I highly recommend working with Sarah. She was incredibly kind, respectful, and helpful throughout the entire process. You guys are lucky to have her!
