“We used Natural Stone Design to up grade our counter tops in our previous house seven years ago and they did a wonderful job. Our present house was built three and a half years ago and have not been happy with the countertops. So, we returned to Natural Stone Design. Maegan greeted us, listened, and guided us to our perfect countertops material. Maegan is a true professional who knows stone and has the art talent to make use of the stone natural features we are wanting. The entire project was completed in about three weeks. Maegan scheduled all trades to complete the project seamlessly. The cost was less than expected and the quality far exceeded our expectations. Our stone is Quartzite.”

They were helpful with recommendations as we wanted to keep our original oak cabinets and tile flooring to find something complimentary to update kitchen. Workers were responsive to requests to leave some materials and plumbing hookups from original sink. We love the finished product with minimal and hard-to-detect seams. Price was right. Don't buy a Bertazzoni appliance: they have a weird policy and process for replacing faulty systems... makes you feel like they are giving you the run around. My point is that my frustration was more so with Bertazzoni than Expressions. Expressions got us a replacement appliance when Bertazzoni was refusing to replace it.”

“How do I begin the review of Sunset & Company but to say they are absolutely the BEST!! My wife and I have been there several times over the past 3 to four months to inquire about Big Green Egg products and to purchase several other items that this wonderful store carries. From hardware to housewares, clothing and tailgating items, this store simply has it all.But, enough about the stuff they have (or if they don't have, are more than happy to order for you), let's talk about the absolute best customer service I can ever recall receiving (even rivaling Nordstrom's customer service). Michael, I'm guessing the manager, though he never identified himself as that, was an absolute expert on the Big Green Egg and all of its accessories. Michael never once pushed us into any sale, nor did he make us feel pressured to make a decision either time we went to Sunset for the specific purpose of learning and prepping for our BGE purchase. He gave us fantastic insights and kept us from buying several items that another sales person would have pushed us into buying. He actually asked us to "think about" how much the item might be used and how to better combine accessories to do what we wanted for grilling on the BGE, instead of pushing us into needless accessories. He literally saved us several hundred dollars and went above and beyond to match BGE offerings for packages for the BGE. He even told us about cooking breakfast on the BGE and how you can literally cook a 4 or 5 course breakfast all at the same time on the same product and have an amazing meal!! Who knew how versatile the BGE truly is? Michael does.....In short, I cannot recommend another hardware store (do-it-all store) above Sunset & Company because of the 6-star customer service we have received each of the 4 times or so that we have been in their store (they went well above 5-star customer service). If you go into their store and don't receive the same care and attentiveness we received, please ask for Michael.
