“Cristian was friendly and helpful, and got me in touch with Cris; I didn’t wake up expecting to buy flooring, and came to look on a lark. Thanks to Cris’ knowledge, attentiveness in answering all my questions and hearing out all my needs as well as indecision, and offer to show me multiple products and any assorted tools/underlayment/finishing boards, I went ahead and signed up for a credit card in store, and upon approval, I’m now going to stop walking on bare concrete in my bedroom! At one point I was starting to stress because I felt like I was taking too much of Cris’ time, to which he replied not to worry. He loaded up all my stuff quickly and with care to the service dog and her assorted items in my car when he loaded it. He also found my original purchase of a similar but differently branded product to help me match things…from six years ago!
Needless to say, I hope that Cris gets recognized for his stellar service; give him a raise, and I’d definitely hang onto him to train new floor reps before some other company might want to hire him - service seems to be very hit or miss these days and I’d definitely hire him if I had a company and needed a trainer for something service industry related!!”

“This is a little late on my review, but I have to tell everyone these guys are great! Scheduling was prompt, quote was accurate and the work was started when they said and was done when they said. We had a couple of hiccups on our side and they were completely accommodating and still finished on time. I used Mario Sr years ago as a contractor and Mario, the son, is now doing the same quality work they always have. You cannot beat quality work done with perfect performance, timing and price on the exact expectations they set in the beginning. “Cleaning products are amazing with the exception of the liquid glass cleaner, it was too streaky. Absolutely love the hanging urinal cakes and since I started using them I no longer have a fly/insect problem at my house. Always nice and friendly, just wish they were open on the weekends.”
