“The phlebotomist was very understanding of my hearing loss and was very accommodating. Usually I can’t hear woman’s voices and turn on live listening through my hearing aid app. The last phlebotomist claimed I could not be on my cellphone because of a policy. I explained to her that it was not for photography and was an ADA thing for deaf people. She then proceeded to be very rough with me and bruised me when I explained that the scar on my arm was from donating plasma. Very rude and not very understanding. Which also made me lose 125.00 for missing a week of plasma. The phlebotomist on Friday was so great wish I knew her name so I can write a review on how professional, compassionate, understanding,caring and polite she was.Really liked her and I’m positive she treats all of us patients with respect and compassion. God bless her.”

“Jose at the Quest in Walmart on fm3009 is incredible and such an asset. I have problems with veins rolling and ending up with bruises after a blood draw. Jose has done my bloodwork twice. Both times he hit a good vein immediately and there was not even a mark on my arm when he was done. I also heard him helping another patient that was there for her first blood draw. She was so scared. Jose was so gentle and talked her through the procedure. Jose is the BEST! Please don’t let him ever leave.”

“They were very busy that day , overbooked appts. Every appt was an hour to an hour & a half behind schedule. With only 2 phlebotomy techs available they had A very hard time keeping up, but did their best even without a lunch break. Other than being under staffed I am happy to keep coming to the Hardy Oak Quest.”

With the impersonal exception of the indifferent person who checks you in and verifies they will be paid everyone of the technicians have been amazingly skilled. With a young person who had a bad experience with another outfit, he has consistently found a relatively painless experience and quick turnaround providing accurate information for his continued treatment. Very satisfied with the process as stated, an efficient visit with little to no personal interaction! Possibly due to a steady stream of people with work orders and limited time to interact. Don't expect any bedside manner like mama used to practice decade's ago. Simply a personal experience no more no less.”
