With the impersonal exception of the indifferent person who checks you in and verifies they will be paid everyone of the technicians have been amazingly skilled. With a young person who had a bad experience with another outfit, he has consistently found a relatively painless experience and quick turnaround providing accurate information for his continued treatment. Very satisfied with the process as stated, an efficient visit with little to no personal interaction! Possibly due to a steady stream of people with work orders and limited time to interact.
