“First time patient at the Potranco location. I have nothing but good things to say. I am a big believer on respect, cleanness, and time. As soon as we walked in the receptionist greeted us, the facility was very clean and roomy, my daughter loved all the drawings all over the walls. We waited less than 5 minutes before Nurse Raquel called us back. She was extremely polite, welcoming, and quick! She did not waste our time at all. She was quick with triage and asking me questions and asking about my concerns. She made my daughter feel very comfortable. As quick as she was she NEVER made me feel rushed or like we were just another patient on the schedule. Dr.McNeil probably came in 5 minutes after Nurse Raquel was done. She was extremely nice and seemed very understanding of my concerns. She never pushed anything on me. She seemed very knowledgeable. We were there less than 45 minutes. When leaving the receptionist told us bye. I highly recommend this office along with nurse Raquel and Dr.McNeil.”

“The phlebotomist was very understanding of my hearing loss and was very accommodating. Usually I can’t hear woman’s voices and turn on live listening through my hearing aid app. The last phlebotomist claimed I could not be on my cellphone because of a policy. I explained to her that it was not for photography and was an ADA thing for deaf people. She then proceeded to be very rough with me and bruised me when I explained that the scar on my arm was from donating plasma. Very rude and not very understanding. Which also made me lose 125.00 for missing a week of plasma. The phlebotomist on Friday was so great wish I knew her name so I can write a review on how professional, compassionate, understanding,caring and polite she was.Really liked her and I’m positive she treats all of us patients with respect and compassion. God bless her.”

“After going to the back the lady was very nice a polite talked to my son very kindly and joked with me people all have bad days which I understand the only complaint I have is I walked up to the window and they snapped at me to sign in on the kiosk that is on the side of the room, I didn't know you had to sign in at the kiosk or that there was a kiosk. Once the front desk lady snapped at me to sign in first I apologized I'd never been here before I found the kiosk on the side of the room with the seating the other lady behind the desk started smarting off that just bc the window is open doesn't mean walk up.I told them I have never been here before and I didn't know because most clinics you walk in a go up to the front desk for check in. Or they have something set up at the front by the door. I feel like it a big misunderstanding that could have been addressed alot nicer then they had done it. Other wise very nice and super fast!”

“I was 15 min late for my schedule appointment due to an accident. There is no phone number to talk to a person. When I arrived I tried to check in and got a message from Kiosk that I was late and therefore had to reschedule for another time. I played around with the screen for awhile and finally saw a place to be put on a wait list. I sat in the waiting room for about 30-40 mins but was wondering if I was even on a list. I eventually saw my name on the screen. Would be very helpful to make it more user friendly or have a person/receptionist.”
