The check in pad was not working correctly… when you can’t “talk” to an actual human… the lease you should do is be sure the check in pad is functioning properly! I ABSOLUTELY HATE not being able to speak with an actual person!

I don't recall the phlebotomist's name, but she took the best lab draw EVER, anywhere that I've been. I didn't feel the needle jab or removal, not even when she was filling the vials. Take care of that team member, she's a fantastic phlebotomist!
