I have taken 2 cars there for oil changes and inspection, and had a great experience. They have efficient systems for scheduling, appointment reminders, work approval, and payment. They did not try to upsell additional services. In fact, they discovered a small issue that was easily repaired instead of recommending a full parts replacement. Don’t worry if you are not sure when your car is due for certain services. They do all the research and present the recommendations along with estimated costs ahead of time. Give them a chance if you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy auto shop. They work on both foreign and domestic automobiles.”

“Victory Lane Automotive is truly a family owned and operated business. Anthony and Ramon were amazing at getting the answers I needed and waiting there for my husband to come pick me up. They do offer a ride share service from the magnificent Rachel, but I was too close to closing time to get to ride with her this time around. (I usually use the ride share service because…life). They got my car on the schedule fast and even asked for the best times to contact me so they wouldn’t interrupt me teaching in class. It’s always an amazing experience here!”
“My Jaguar XF lost all power and I had it towed expecting to hear the worst. Instead I was greeted by Owner Karen who immediately recognized the problem. He then proceeded to verify the problem. Although several codes came up his experience told him it was something very simple. He went above and beyond my wildest expectations when he called the dealer and allowed me to hear his shop's price and what it would cost me retail. Needless to say it was a big difference. So, he told me not to worry and gave me rhe part at his price. I was back rolling within 4 hours. MGM Auto will be my first stop moving forward. I highly recommend MGM Auto.

“This Take 5 location is always very quick and I feel like they care about my cars. I trust them with my rare low mileage vehicle and my three other daily drivers. The prices are fair and you can schedule ahead of time to skip a potential line if you needed to get an oil change on your lunch break for example.”

“Less than $50 (including tax) for an oil change?!?!!! IT'S TRUE!!! This is not a gimmick, folks! I was in and out of there in about 20 minutes and paid less than $50 for an oil change. They also cleaned my windshield and checked my tire pressure! I will definitely be going back! And you should go there too! ?”

These guys are amazing they're professional and they interact with the customers which is great. I feel comfortable and reassured when I am able to see them actually do the work right in front of me. Just did my 125,000 mile service and all they did was replace the cabin air filter. They could have told me lots of things needed to be done but they didn't. Fantastic place.”

“Not the best customer service, but hell, this isn’t a restaurant. These guys work outdoors and it’s hard physical work all day. Summers are probably difficult for them. They changed my oil, got my car inspected and I was on my way very quickly. This location on Toepperwein always kicks ass and gets it done.”
