These guys of course will make recommendations but will not pressure you into purchasing anything extra, and even then everything offered is very reasonably priced. Great atmosphere and kind people!”
“Went 03 November for an oil change. From start to finish on the stop watch, it took 7 minutes and 21 seconds.
I watched the entire operation.. they were quick, efficient, and got the job done.
I did 2 days of research..because this is the first time I have had someone do my oil change…simply because this is a 2025 Chrysler Pacifica and I want everything annotated so there will never be a warranty issue. Usually, change my own oil on our vehicles..
After 2 days of research, I came up with Master Lube.

I didn’t find anything bad other than from like 5 years ago. All were good!! This place is straight and to the point. They aren’t pushy whatsoever.
They greeted me, asked for what I wanted done, and got the job done, I paid, and drove out!

“Went to take 5 Oil in New Braunfels, off odmf Walnut Ave, across from Walmart. They were very busy but they made sure I had cold water while I waited. Once I got in for the service, Walt, was my technician. He was great. He explained everything to me that was going on and had a fantastic car side manner. The manager was giving him a hard time in a joking way, and Walt took it all with a grain of salt, and would just smile at him. They all did a great job, I will be going back and recommending them as well Good job Walt.”
“Victory Lane Automotive is truly a family owned and operated business. Anthony and Ramon were amazing at getting the answers I needed and waiting there for my husband to come pick me up. They do offer a ride share service from the magnificent Rachel, but I was too close to closing time to get to ride with her this time around. (I usually use the ride share service because…life). They got my car on the schedule fast and even asked for the best times to contact me so they wouldn’t interrupt me teaching in class. It’s always an amazing experience here!”

“This Take 5 location is always very quick and I feel like they care about my cars. I trust them with my rare low mileage vehicle and my three other daily drivers. The prices are fair and you can schedule ahead of time to skip a potential line if you needed to get an oil change on your lunch break for example.”

“BMW specialist at it’s finest MGM AUTO is the best I took my bmw to several shops even bmw center of San Antonio and none of them could find the problem after only 24 hrs MGM called me back saying they found the issue and my car can be ready by tomorrow what an amazing shop truly knowledgeable and highly professional from now on I will only take my cars to MGM because of my experience and their performance and by the way they are absolutely fair in their pricing considering the knowledge and experience they have I’m very pleased thank you so much”
“Great place to go to have work done. Real friendly, great work, and at a fair price. The owner and staff is great real easy to talk to and he will explain to you anything you need to know about the repairs that have been done to your truck and show you the parts they change out. The owner will even sit there and talk to you like an old friend. They guarantee their work and even go above and beyond. Just picked up my truck a 2011 Chevy Silverado. Truck was leaking coolant and overheating, ended up being two hoses in the back of the motor. They also found the thermostat was broken. When they drain the radiator they found grime inside. They notified me what they found and advised me they would recommend a flush. They found dirt and grime, now my truck is running great. While test driving my truck the gearshift line broke, so they fixed it at no labor charge what so ever. They just asked if I could pay for the part. My truck is a 2011 Chevy Silverado, so it's a old truck, so that part was originally equipment nothing lasts forever. They didn't have to do it but they love taking care of their customers. I can go on talking about all the great things about this shop have been coming here on and off for the past 9yrs. I would highly recommend this place and I have to friends and family.”

“I don’t usually get great service at a Brake Check, but Sean (Shawn?) was the first upfront honest BC manager who didn’t try to sell me a complete brake job on a 3 yr old truck with less than 50000 miles.
The problem was easily diagnosed, cost me nothing and if I ever do have a real brake job, I’ll go there first.”
“I visited Jiffy Lube because I like going there and getting my oil changed Within less waiting time then the dealership. “Hands down the most straight forward guy there is to know. I went to get a dot inspection and told me if I fixed the problem that caused a failure I’d pass and wouldn’t have to pay again. Fixed the problem in 10 minutes and went on my way and he was really good on his price. Definitely recommend this guy for all your needs?”
