“Went 03 November for an oil change. From start to finish on the stop watch, it took 7 minutes and 21 seconds.
I watched the entire operation.. they were quick, efficient, and got the job done.
I did 2 days of research..because this is the first time I have had someone do my oil change…simply because this is a 2025 Chrysler Pacifica and I want everything annotated so there will never be a warranty issue. Usually, change my own oil on our vehicles..
After 2 days of research, I came up with Master Lube.

I didn’t find anything bad other than from like 5 years ago. All were good!! This place is straight and to the point. They aren’t pushy whatsoever.
They greeted me, asked for what I wanted done, and got the job done, I paid, and drove out!

“After taking my car to several other auto shops with no resolution to the issue was extremely frustrating. Im very happy to say that I had a really solid experience at this shop. I brought my car in for a suspension issue that had been giving me issues for a while, and they got it taken care of without any hassle. They got it taken care of the very next day after it was brought in.
John, the General Manager explained what was going on in a way that actually made sense, didn’t try to push anything extra, and got the repair done fast. He has excellent customer skills and was very polite. The car feels way better now—no more weird noises or rough ride.

“Went to take 5 Oil in New Braunfels, off odmf Walnut Ave, across from Walmart. They were very busy but they made sure I had cold water while I waited. Once I got in for the service, Walt, was my technician. He was great. He explained everything to me that was going on and had a fantastic car side manner. The manager was giving him a hard time in a joking way, and Walt took it all with a grain of salt, and would just smile at him. They all did a great job, I will be going back and recommending them as well Good job Walt.”
“Tommy was very helpful! I gained a deeper understanding of what oil should be going into my car and the ways I can extend the life of my car. These guys of course will make recommendations but will not pressure you into purchasing anything extra, and even then everything offered is very reasonably priced. Great atmosphere and kind people!”

“Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly. The attendants where neat and professional. I was listened to and was given an estimate before work began. They worked fast and before I knew it, my transmission fluid was flushed and replaced...all with me sitting inside my vehicle. The experience was great and all my anxieties were dissolved. “Staff at this location are always professional and get the job done quickly but thoroughly. I received an oil change with cabin and air filter replacement. I was hesitant to go on a Saturday due to wait time but my vehicle was finished in about 15-20 min. Technicians: Carson, Luke, Chris and Anthony were great! I would recommend this location.”

“Hands down the most straight forward guy there is to know. I went to get a dot inspection and told me if I fixed the problem that caused a failure I’d pass and wouldn’t have to pay again. “I had an outstanding experience with Angel at Take 5 Oil Change! I had just purchased a used, high-mileage vehicle, and Angel was extremely thorough in inspecting it and making sure I understood what it needed to keep the engine running smoothly. He personally showed me what needed to be changed, cleaned, or serviced, including the proper high-mileage oil, air filter, coolant flush and refill, and other important maintenance items.
