“My Honda pilot broke down after hours and I had it dropped off at Ray’s shop first thing the next morning without even speaking to anybody yet. Ken helped me out and heard me patiently as I explained the problem and I was fearful that I’d be out several thousand dollars due to the severity of the issue. Miles called me after he looked at the vehicle and explained things so clearly on the phone that for the first time I was hopeful my car could get fixed. Not only did they fix it, but they diagnosed an issue that even a couple of the dealerships I’ve taken my car to had not been able to. Also ,the cost to repair the issue was a fraction of what I was afraid it was going to be. I cannot say enough great things about the shop. They gave me an estimate on my job immediately via text, helped me schedule a time that worked for me, and when the technician arrived he didn’t try to upsell me on other “necessary” needs for my vehicle. My technician was Joseph and he was friendly, thorough in checking both front and rear brakes for wear, and replaced the rear brake pads in about 30 mins. Overall experience was fantastic. “This is the 3rd time I have been back to this amazing business. I am 46 years old and have been in sales since 18 years old and I have seen it all, unfortunately almost everything in this life is a con or scam and the few good people that are left you’ll be lucky to meet one every 5 years. This company has more humility that I haven’t seen since the 1980’s running around with my parents. It all started when my son still in middle school took my Tahoe when me and his mom were asleep late at night without our permission of course. He had seen something on YouTube called a neutral drop. He had put the Tahoe in neutral and took the RPM up to 3,000 and then slammed the Tahoe into drive not only blowing the transmission but also the rear differential. When I told them how I make barely any money working at a Toyota supplier and that I had lost my job due to this; they were very compassionate and genuinely felt for me as all the employees there also have teenage sons. They helped me get financed even with not so good credit and gave me a price that made me feel extremely comfortable and grateful. A few years later my son had matured or at least I thought he did and I started allowing him to take the truck sometimes to spend time with his little girl friend. Unfortunately he actually ended up doing it again but a different way this time. This time he was racing some other kid from his school. Once again they were extremely compassionate about the situation and was as surprised as I was that this had actually happened again because we agreed we would have never done anything like this at that age but hey this is Generation Z were talking about. They had given me a even better price then before because I was a returning customer. The good news is, is now both my son and daughter are both United States Marines and the boy is doing quite well and been in 2 years already and has seen Europe/Japan and South Korea all by 22 years old. Now my daughter followed her brother and has been in less then a year and not long ago just made it to the fleet after Bootcamp/S.O.I/ and MOS school. She has a 2006 Chrysler 300C with 182,000 miles on it. We had recently replaced the engine because she was not paying attention to the heat gauge and a hose came off overheating the engine and blowing the heads.she had recently told me how much she needed her car because her base in ocean side California is the biggest Marine base in the world and that you can drive 15 miles and still be on base. Also that she had missed some important classes to obtain different licenses for her transportation job in motor-t. I did the research and found out that Chrysler 300’s transmissions usually go out around 150,000 miles. I told her your not going to like what I have to say but me as a dad in his right mind can not give you this car without rebuilding the transmission. I explained that it will go out and that people will take advantage of you because you’re a young woman and on top of that everything in California is more expensive than Texas.So I explained to Tony my concerns and what I was trying to do and since my daughter was serving our country they gave us a price that was impossible to pass up. Now I feel like we are practically family and my daughter is extremely happy. You see if I would have went anywhere else like AAMCO with a working transmission and asked them to rebuild it, they would have said they did and probably wouldn’t have because once that transmission is closed up how would you ever know and unfortunately that’s the world we live in and AAMCO is a horrible company along with many others. You see Gene Brown isn’t trying to get a customer for one day, they are trying to get a customer for a lifetime and I am proud to say I am now a lifelong customer and so will be my children and there children.”

“This is one of the most impressive businesses I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Diana in the office is knowledgeable and very personable. They try to provide same or next day appointments and the tech actually showed up at exactly the promised time - can't remember when that has happened with other services.
I have a 45' diesel RV and most techs just change parts and cross their fingers. Aaron knew exactly what to do and had it working properly in no time - actually better than new. This guy knows AC and did in one hour what most shops would take two days to do and he did it for a fraction of the cost.
If I sound impressed, it is because I am. They also can do or arrange for some chassis work. He also said he can work on some sealed RV roof air conditioners, depending on model. I don't know of anyone else who will work on them.
This is a first class operation that sets the standard for all other mobile services.”

Ewing Automotive offers timely service in a honest and fair prices. They adhere to the timeline they state and are courteous but matter of factly. Addtionally, they do great work that leaves even very particular people satisfied. The customer service is nothing I've ever known. They promptly answer the phone or call you back if they miss your call and exceptionally, they even offer rides back and forth the shop! Never in my years have I worked with an automotive shop that actually thought about the customer's needs in such a manner!

“I have been with Premier 1 a little over a year. Very intelligent front of the house Mgrs. They connect with everyone in a rare caring way. I have an older 2015 Lexus and Lexus kept going higher in repairs and regular maintenance sadly in the extreme?..Mercy..It’s almost too expensive to own a car at all in these times. Even repair insurance is not that… undergirding in todo. Many exclusions of what isn’t covered like a scary carnival game. A lot of stipulation restrictions on repairs don’t you know. I’ve been counseled by 4 shops at intervals and Premier1 has very excellent advisor league Mechanical talents on timing of replace or repairs. ✨ They’ve helped with pricing when they could fairly too. I just took it to another shop to compare advice. Most items were taken off the list completely by a Senior repair advisor at Premier 1. One Senior Advidor and mechanic has two older Lexus one at 540,000 miles✨One global at 1.5 million miles. Like a space ship. Had a frightening dishonest experience elsewhere. Yes.. trust Premier 1… My car has never run this well even with Lexus. Even their oil they use is aiding this also. Nice to find trust and very rare talent at Premier 1 in all fine Employees there. ? I bought an old pickup for my son. They did a thorough inspection and figured out we needed new steering, upper and lower control arms, alternator, AC, flux capacitor, dilithium chamber, warp core (maybe not those last three). But Cris has the hook-up on parts and his guys don’t lollygag when it comes to labor. I will NEVER go anywhere else!”

Anthony, my service advisor was very polite, knowledgeable, informative and kind. He sent a report to my email of what problems they found including pictures. There was a pic of a dirty cabin filter, and a problem with a brake pad. Anthony discussed the report and answered any questions. I had them fix the problems I needed. Anthony offered to take me home in their courtesy van if I wanted. Christian Brothers is very customer service oriented. I loved the report with pictures so I could see what the mechanics were looking at. I highly recommend Christian Brothers for taking care of your car.
