Megan helped me with a ridiculous request of buying the store out of a specific flavor of Alani which made me have to buy a wagon to carry them all out (I have been wanting a wagon beforehand but this interaction sealed the deal) she even helped me put the wagon together, which was such wonderful gesture and made my shopping experience outstanding. I let the Five Below Customer Relations team know about my experience so I hope she can be recognized for her excellent customer service because she truly went above and beyond for me.”

“Don't recall names but we went twice, and both times employees were very helpful . As soon as we walked in we were greeted . They were very busy but still managed to keep store stocked , and clean. The young lady at the front was very helpful in getting us rang up. Told us about the discount we could get w/ using email. I don't there often . But I will definitely keep going to that location!”
