Megan helped me with a ridiculous request of buying the store out of a specific flavor of Alani which made me have to buy a wagon to carry them all out (I have been wanting a wagon beforehand but this interaction sealed the deal) she even helped me put the wagon together, which was such wonderful gesture and made my shopping experience outstanding. “Five Below is always such a fun store to visit because you never know what you’re going to find. My son absolutely loves coming here, and we probably stop by every other week just to browse and see what’s new.
They always have a great variety of toys, games, snacks, seasonal items, and fun little surprises throughout the store. One of my favorite things they carry is their pajamas—especially the Christmas pajamas! They always seem to have cute designs at really affordable prices.
The store is fun for both kids and adults, and it’s hard to leave empty-handed. Whether you’re looking for a small gift, a treat for your kids, or just want to see what new items have come in, Five Below is always worth a visit.”

“Don't recall names but we went twice, and both times employees were very helpful . As soon as we walked in we were greeted . They were very busy but still managed to keep store stocked , and clean. The young lady at the front was very helpful in getting us rang up. Told us about the discount we could get w/ using email. I don't there often . But I will definitely keep going to that location!”

Only thing that concerns me is I didnt know Five Below does not mean items are $5.00 and less, it just has SOME items below $5.00. Some costly items @ $15.00 too.”
“Had a great shopping experience and a great interaction with the team member in the front. Lots to see and shoo. My little cousin was looking for valentines day gifts for his mom. The team member directed everyone to the discounted seasonal stuff and was attentive. My little cousin found a few items and was happy to check out.
We did run into a few corners of the store that had shelving standing but it looked like the team was hard at work doing a refresh or setting up seasonal areas so that was kinda expected. Thanks for the great shopping experience!”

“I just had the most wonderful experience here on the afternoon of November 1st, 2025. I received some of the best customer service I've ever personally experienced from both Erica Sanchez, and a gentleman working the registers, unfortunately I didn't get his name. Miss Erica was not only willing to help me but she genuinely seemed happy to. She helped me find the prices of many items with a sincere smile, and when I said some of the blind boxes were a bit too pricey for me, she was happy to help me find cheaper alternatives. She even chatted with me about my interests to help me better find products I would enjoy. When I got a duplicate from a blind box I returned to the store to give it to her for being so friendly and creating such an amazing experience, to which she even shook my hand and asked my name. The gentleman at the register patiently helped me set up a rewards account and walked me through every step clearly, which allowed me to afford an extra blind box that day. I will always remember such a great experience and I will definitely return. Y'all are definitely hiring the right people ? Erica I hope you see this thank you so much”

“Great store that has a little bit of everything. From snacks to kitchen supplies to pet related items to seasonal home decor! It's a fun store to browse and I'm often surprised by items I never knew they'd carry. The only downside I've experienced there is with items like chocolate or frozen items that I feel could be overstock and not up to par, i.e. brittle chocolate rather than silky or freezer burned items. You take your chances with those. Sometimes they're fine, other times not. Still a fantastic store!”
