Motel 6 Livingston, TX offers a mixed experience for its guests. While some reviewers had a positive stay, describing the rooms as clean, the staff as friendly and accommodating, and the location as convenient, others encountered issues with the aging facilities and lack of accessibility features. The motel is praised for its affordable pricing, especially for those in difficult situations, such as a death in the family or sudden homelessness. The manager is noted for being helpful and welcoming, making guests feel like "long lost friends." The pool is also mentioned as a relaxing amenity. However, the rooms are reported to be outdated, with worn mattresses and floors that need better cleaning. The lack of handicap rails in the bathroom is a significant concern for disabled or senior guests, making it difficult to navigate the tub. The difficulty in finding the driveway is also noted as a potential inconvenience. Overall, Motel 6 Livingston, TX seems to provide a basic, budget-friendly accommodation option, with a friendly staff, but with room for improvement in terms of the condition of the facilities and accessibility features. The reviews suggest that the motel may be suitable for those seeking a simple, affordable stay, but may not be the best choice for guests with specific accessibility needs.

I would recommend this location to everybody. I had a death in the family and the people acted so horrible that my faith in humanity was gone. Then I came here and was treated as a long lost friend and they were glad to see me.
