If it was possible to give somebody zero stars, that’s what I would do. Not only is it ridiculous that it takes days longer to get to Livingston than it does to Huntsville, which is like a half hour away, but then when my husband‘s in the hospital for almost 6 weeks having surgery on his heart, they cancel my mail for inactivity and send it all back. They supposedly sent it back on the 24th for inactivity but Amazon delivered to it on the 23rd 24th and 26th so how is that in activity? Just what I needed on top of all the stress from the hospital.

No body will answer the phone. Like on a daily basis! I need to reestablish mail service that’s all.

Every rural carrier that delivers to me can’t seem to read. I literally have my address is large bold letters on my mailbox and I still get everyone else’s mail. Then if I order anything from Amazon, my carrier will hold my packages until I return the mail they mistakenly delivered to me!!! I get punished because the driver can’t read… how does that make any sense?

This is the worst post office I’ve ever been to I returned my products twice and they both came right back to me!! And the lady that works there does not do a good job at all! This is a bs spot they gotta do something about it!! This is my third time bringing the same package back to back and this will be my last!

I’m extremely disappointed with USPS. My daughter was so excited for her upcoming camping trip — we ordered her a new pair of hiking boots well in advance. The tracking said they were “delivered in mailbox,” but when we went to check, they weren’t there. Instead, they were sitting in a locked mailroom that we have no access to.
Because of this, my 11-year-old daughter won’t have her boots for her camping trip tomorrow. It’s heartbreaking to have to tell a child that something she was looking forward to isn’t happening because of a delivery mistake.
This isn’t the first time either — it’s becoming a regular issue with no clear communication or reliability. Absolutely unacceptable service when families depend on these deliveries.

On what planet does priority mail going from Livingston TX to the MAIN post office in San Antonio TX take 5 days. Two hundred and sixty six miles. Google driving time = 4 Hours. I drove it in 4.5 hours pulling a 42 foot fifth wheel and USPS can't get it done in 5 GD days. Sorry Texas your postal system is dung. MN, SD, NC, AZ, WA, MT, WY, ID, CO, SC, NM... I travel extensively for work and have used the post office in every one of those states and none... NONE are as bad as this state PERIOD. I've used 5 different post offices over the past 5 months in this state trying to get a different result but no the results are the same . The I don't give a G.D. about the customer attitude is definitely bigger here in Texas.

I received 2 packages and both were damaged to the point all items I order were damaged and or missing from the opened and damaged boxes. I can't get anyone on the phone to discuss the way our mail is secured or deliver

This is by far the worst post office I have ever had in my entire life And I’m closer to death than birth. Lower your standards all the way to the ground and then break all the laws too. They don’t even need to try and deliver it a second time, forget about the three times rule if they tried once forget it! It’s at the post office. Forget what the form says about they’re gonna try and re-deliver anything like that just forget it and call your state representative or senator try Latrell. It gets better results than Cruz. You’re gonna have to drive there no matter where you live and pick up your package. Pray it’s not your medicine. I’m gonna have to get a post office box in the building just to keep people from getting my mail… because when you get other people’s mail, it means that other people are getting yours too, and you’ll never get it back. I really try to say only nice things, but I am sorry this place needs to be fully staffed And the rules need to be followed, or it will all fall apart. Expect it. To The Veterans there:
Stay awesome because you are!

Would leave a zero if I could. Had hip surgery a few days ago and had 5 rods put in my hip. A walker was ordered to help me move around along with a shower chair. Delivery was supposed to go be today. Have been home all day waiting for these iteams. Got a notification that they attempted to deliver and no one was home, that is false. Also said they left a letter for redelivery when they did not. You go to call them and it’s just robots that you can’t ever get a human on the phone. This is bs.

I can't stand thieves. Packages are always cut open *just enough* to peak inside. Had a pocket knife stolen today.

I am appalled that the carrier is so lazy as to not deliver any packages that don't fit in our little rural mailbox. We have to drive into town and pick them up ourselves. Horrible service.
