After making a complaint to consumer affairs asking if they could leave packages on my porch instead of at the bottom of my steps or in the yard because I'm disabled they now refuse to deliver packages to my address. Called and the supervisor put my carrier on the phone who then told me I'm not disabled because I have steps going up to my porch!!! I can not walk without a mobility aid and so sorry I can not afford to build a ramp! My carrier stated that she'll never step foot on my property again and that no other carrier will be taking over my route, didn't know the carriers make personnel decisions!

So amazon package says delivered the 20th. But never got it filed a complaint with USPS. The intelligent petson who called me said that the status said delivered. Well, if that where true I would'nt have filed that it was'nt. This postal service is the worst of the worst!

We are traveling and had a package sent to this location General Delivery. The 3-5 day estimate wound up being 10 days. The tracker showed the package was ready for pickup on the Saturday morning just before we were leaving the area on Sunday. I went in twice during the morning business hours and was told "It ain't been brought up yet". Another shining example of Gov't agency customer service. Heaven forbid someone might have actually had a look around for it. I guess it's return to sender and I'll start over. Thanks a lot USPS. No wonder couriers are thriving!

No one helps me I'm left talking to an AI that can't spell help I think you need to just sell the postal service to China and we'll get better help and faster deliveries but no one will ever see this so it really doesn't matter thanks for your very helpful response and service

Wish I could give 0 stars. Continously get neighbors mail. The main reason for finally leaving a review is the fact that they claimed bad weather was the reason for not leaving a package yesterday. I understand bad weather can slow the process but I got a notice they attempted delivery at 6:30 pm while it was just after 4 pm. I miss my old mail lady, she got the job done proficiently. P.S. stop hiring folks that are afraid of dogs. It's a chihuahua for goodness sake.

I just checked on a package that I was supposed to receive. It said they attempted to deliver it but couldn't. We have cameras and nobody tried to deliver anything, in fact no postal vehicle even came down our street and now I can't get anyone on the phone. Ridiculous

The people that work here have no personality whatsoever!!! Not helpful at all and they LIE to you. So glad I am moving out of this area. I believe in Karma and what goes around, comes around.

Our postal worker needs some major training. Our box is always left open when it’s raining my important mail is soaked. I’ve had a bank card fall on the ground and left the postman didn’t pick it up. I have certified mail sent and get a notice that something is delivered when it’s not. Today a very important piece of mail says it delivered and it’s not here once again. Do they not have standards for their work? This is unacceptable.

My delivery driver is always rude and quite snappy. But yesterday takes the cake. My elderly.mother on oxygen (oxygen tanks were quite visible)was setting on the front porch. The driver made eye contact with mom, went through the circle drive and threw the package out of her window into the field on the opposite side from the house.This is not the first time we had a terrible experience with the woman driving the white jeep.

Apparently I’m having the same issue as another person did on here 3 months ago. I ordered some on line twin size box springs to go with my kids new mattresses. Instead of leaving a pink slip to pick up the person delivering mail decided to mark them unable to deliver because I moved. Are you kidding me? This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Not to mention it reeks of laziness. I would have had no problem picking them up and was expecting to have to actually. Do better Post office.*Update*I drove to the post office and they were still there.The ladies behind the counter are truly great. She did say she could not see a reason for why the person who was doing my route would have issue delivering these box springs. They are not assembled weigh less than 30lbs and both fit in the back seat of my truck laying down. They were marked to return to Vendor. Just ridiculous. Anyhow I’m changing my 1 star to a 3 only to reflect on the ladies that work at the counters of the post office.
