“My family and I visited Llano for the first time this past week/weekend, and we stayed at the Dabbs Hotel. We had such a wonderful experience. The hotel is within walking distance of several great restaurants, which was so convenient, and our favorite place to eat was The
Barrel House.

The hotel owners were incredibly hospitable and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had the chance to stay in both Room 4 and Room 5, and each room was thoughtfully decorated and equipped with everything we needed.

One of the best parts of the hotel is its location right next to the Llano River. My husband was able to fish right behind the hotel and even caught some large blue catfish. We were also grateful that we could bring our dog, which made the trip that much easier for our family.

The breakfasts each morning were delicious, and we especially loved sitting on the back porch with our coffee while overlooking the river. The Dabbs Hotel has such a charming historic feel, while still being tastefully modernized and comfortable.

We truly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back to the Dabbs Hotel in the future.”

“Had a last minute need to stay at a hotel due to car issues. The gentleman in the front was kind and respectful. He offered us a discount due to the struggles we were dealing with and I appreciate that. There is pet friendly rooms for a $20 fee per pet which is reasonable. The rooms were well maintained and clean. Bed, bedding, and the ac were spot on despite the humidity outside the inside was cool and no dampness at all. Thank you Llano for your hospitality!”
