I really wanted to give this company a 5, however I was force and lied too! I clearly know what optional means, however the assistant branch manager acted like she couldn’t removed the life insurance which was optional! Now I’m fighting to speak with a regional manager to get it removed! I also will be reporting this company to the BBB! I have the entire conversation recorded! What you not gone do is tell me I need something, when clearly it’s says optional!

I applied for a loan online just to see if I would get approved I did everything I was asked to before it took a few things because they and I wanted to make sure everything was correct and good to go the lady who helped me her name is Vanesa she was so awesome if you looking for a good loan low rates come here not online it's faster if you come in person just show this post and tell them I sent you trust you're going to be happy!!!
