I was unable to walk into the store to get a charging cord I needed. I parked outside, called the store, explained my situation, and was very graciously accommodated. Walter, came to my car with the cord I needed, took my pmt, and told me they were happy to help me anytime. His smiling face, and cheerful personality made an embarrassing situation for me very pleasant.

The AT&T store on Loop 281 in Longview, TX has a real STAR. Sarah has worked with me and with my husband to get each of our new IPhones competently and completely set-up. She is knowledgeable and friendly. This is rare with big corporations in my experience. Thank you.
