We went three times to a Retail Store and was finally told to call AtT Support. Support got the old phone back working and said to go to a Company Store to move from an IPhone to Flop for my 90 year old dad. Ezekiel Esparza was able to swap us over after fighting the system. Super helpful and courteous. Glad I went there!!
