I lost my phone and had trouble with Mint when I transferred to another phone. I got a phone and service with the assistance of Edgar. I will keep it short and just say I thought he was a perfect employee. This was the third cellphone store I went to. This store and employee were far superior to the other ones.

I lucked out, the young man that helped me, Abraham Lopez, was very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. I came in to replace my screen saver on my iPhone 11 and left with a beautiful new iPhone 15 Pro Max. I’ve only had it 1 day, but I love it!Cheryl Kenlin

Lawrence aka Spiderman did a 5 Star job in getting us new phones! He took care of all of the details and made sure everything was taken care of. He did an excellent job explaining the upgrade. He has a great personality and makes you feel at home. He is definitely an asset to this store.

The at&t on 4th street. Lawrence is absolutely amazing at customer service. He spent a lot of time helping me retrieve pictures that were deleted. I recommend EVERYONE to see Lawrence on 4th street. You won't be disappointed.
