“Larger store than the original. Has a different vibe than original and they have expanded the line of products. The atomosphere is different than the little shop that was darker. We still enjoy making the trip over and shopping. I understand but I do miss the old shop.”

“I showed up to get a new battery for my 25 year old Fossil watch. There were 2 people already being waited on, so I had to wait 10 minutes before they could serve me. $15 later, I had a new battery. The watch seems to be doing fine.”

“I visited Kay Jewelers today in Longview, Tx and once again left the store having a wonderful experience. I always leave the store feeling like I got such personal attention and service. I ordered a Le Vian ring with chocolate diamonds. It was delivered to store and the color of the stones was not anything like the picture of the ring I had ordered. The store manager, Jacob, gave me the utmost attention and discussed with me in detail, what I was wanting. He sent the ring off to get refitted with the color of chocolate diamonds that were in the picture advertised. Jacob phoned me and also text me to update the ring had arrived at his store after being sent off. I was excited today to go pick up my ring up.The color of the chocolate diamonds where still not meeting expectations. Jacob went far and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Jacob is not only professional but gives that extra personal attention that is exceptional. I left the store extremely happy with a new purchase from the Le Vian collection. I truly look forward to going to Kay Jewelers to stop by and visit and see what new pieces have come in. Longview Kay Jewelers is blessed to have Jacob as manager but also Ann, who is another Kay representative. Ann was off today but she also gives me exceptional attention. Thank you Kay Jewelers for not only providing high quality products but also exceptional service. SA”

“Great place to do business. The only reason i gave 4 stars instead 5 is because after being paid with a check, their bank gave such an unbelievable hard time about cashing the check. Horrible bank service they have.”

“I would like to recognize Jennifer for the exceptional customer service she provided. She helped me find the perfect size for a new ring during an earlier visit and was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. What I didn’t know at the time was that my boyfriend’s mom returned later to purchase the ring as a surprise birthday gift. Jennifer helped them every step of the way while keeping the surprise intact, making the experience even more special. Because of Jennifer’s kindness, professionalism, and genuine care, what started as a simple sizing appointment became part of one of my favorite birthday memories. She made all of us feel valued, and it’s clear she truly loves what she does. Thank you, Jennifer, for helping create such a meaningful and unforgettable moment!”
