Tj was super helpful, great customer service. My husband loves his new phone and I was able to go back and get a screen protector on once they had the right size and it was super fast!

TJ and Erica are always professional and over extend their appreciation for their customers, I have been a long time customer with Metro and never encountered anyone rude or disrespectful. They are the right people to get the job done and meet customers need. I give them a thumbs up!!

Don't go here to purchase any phones. If you want to switch to Metro go to the Tyler location. The guy who works at this location will over charge you and refuse to give you a receipt so you can't see what he charged you for. Trying to make profit for his own pocket. We'll tell you to come back next day for a free phone case or screen protector then will tell you to wait for a text when you do come back. A text you'll never receive. A phone that was free with number transfer and should have only costed me 130.00. He tried to charge me 301.00 for and then when we questioned him he all.of a sudden put in all these so called special codes. And I still ended up paying 183.00 which was a 53.00 profit for his pocket. I have proof he does shaddy things because my husband went and bought the same phone the next day at the Tyler location and only paid 130 out the door. And got a recipet of what he paid for. So I would give 0 stars if I could. I highly recommend making the extra drive to the Tyler location if your wanting Metro Pcs. Don't get played out of your money like it did

TJ was very awesome! He helped with my troubles not being able to port my number over, and was able to get my husband and I both phones for a great price! I will most definitely be referring friends and family as well as making this store my families go to needs for our communication needs!
