“Collin is a world class customer service representative. He willfully helped me move my parents from AT&T to my Verizon plan so they would have signal. He transferred their original phone numbers, data, contacts and tons of pictures. We were completely broomed out of the 4th st location, and never made it past the doormat. He is my new "phone guy" for me and my 70yr old mother. He never hesitated. 1 in four people is over 65..We need more Colllins to help navigate changing technology.”

“Was in there today with a busted one plus loved the phone but Joshua found I had insurance and helped me file a claim first class service it's not in stock so I bought a phone till my replacement comes in my screen was gone for the most part but he took a lot of time and care to make sure I left with a working phone I've been with the mobile since before they had the name .
