It was the first time I had shopped there. The clothes were pretty well made. I liked their selection of shoes but I bought a small pocket book and it didn't have a strap. Didn't notice that till I got home! Oh well, I'll go back anyway because the price is right!

i’m not sure what’s worse the mess in the store or the mess in my closet. There is always clothing and items on the floor, items always ringing, and long lines. not very organized.

Only one lady checking out while the other employees are “stocking.” Poor lady had a line of 15+ customers in line. This was on 3/6/25 @ 1:00pm

Line waaayyyy too long with only 2 employees checking out. They even had the carts roped off in red tape so that we couldn’t use them. How do I shop with 4 kids an no cart?? Need more employees or send the manager's in to cover the shifts. 2 employees, with a line all the way to the back of the dressing room is unacceptable!!!!!!!

The employees here are the worst we went shopping here tonight and there was probably about 20 people in line with one cashier checking out people another cashier was just leaning against the register talking not helping check out customers at all and then there was another employee walking around doing nothing but push carts up to the front and seeing all the people in line they just walked away and left poor Marvin all by himself. We said something numerous times to the employees just doing nothing and even called the store and Diane answered and said that she's about to go home and she's not checking anyone out after she stood up at the front doing nothing for about 15 minutes. Worst customer service ever never in my life have I been in a store were they don't care about customer service at all. I will be calling corporate
