Why is almost every single purse locked up to an alarm now? I used to come and browse and impulse buy a purse but now they are almoat all tied to alarms. Is that really necessary?

This location has poor management, there was like 30 people lined up and only 2 cashiers and they were not in a hurry for nothing. Wish everyone would have just walked out and said screw them, that’s ridiculous I had other things I had to do and I was very frustrated at having to wait for 34 min in line!!!!

I love TJ Max but the lines are too long to check out.
The temperature of the store is not pleasant.
The sound system is going out which is static and causes stress to the mind. They really need to stop using it.
Too much polyester and cheap fabric.
I hate to rate it this low but I hope some changes will be made so we all can really enjoy our shopping experience.
It’s definitely going down hill which isn’t worth my time.

After spending 15 minutes selecting the one item I needed, I went to check out and about 40 customers were waiting and there were 3 checkers. I left without making a purchase. I had other trouble there the last 2 times I went in. Don't plan to return.

I enjoyed shopping the Christmas clearance. I found a board game I've wanted for a while for only $10. The only bad part was when I was looking at the kids toys on the far wall. I was grabbing a toy and a pop up tent and other toys just started falling on me... This happened in front of two employees that I had to ask to assist me... When they came over.... to help put the toys up the toys kept falling again. The guy couldn't get the tent to stay and it just kept knocking more stuff off. It was awkward. 👉👈

The store in Longview Tx has the best employees I have ever seen. They went up and beyond to help us when I was having issues with my card. It’s been a long time since I’ve encountered such wonderful employees and managers!

I'm a T.J. Maxx fan. I try to hit every store in every town I pass through.
Worse TJ Maxx I've ever been in!
Longview Texas.
The management had no idea the line was almost to the door to exit. One lane open for way too long.
Poor, poor customer service!!

Store is so messy and cluttered. This location is probably one of the worst I've visited.
