Americas Best Value Inn Lubbock E is a great place for the price, described as nice, quiet, and very safe. The property is very well maintained, clean, and not a piece of trash is to be found. The rooms are spacious, decent, comfortable, clean, and somewhat modern. Guests note the staff is very pleasant, straightforward, friendly, and courteous. The free continental breakfast is above average with quite a few choices, always fresh and hot, with good coffee always on hand. The location is very convenient, just outside the Lubbock loop, with lots of parking and everything five minutes away. While the building is a little older and the breakfast is considered so-so by some, it is viewed as way better than other options at the same price point, offering a peaceful and enjoyable stay.
It's a cool hotel if you just trying to be by yourself or trying to get on your feet its affordable

The roads make it difficult to get there. The beds were very comfortable. A good breakfast spread. Looks run-down, but there is evidence of recent work being done. My impression is this motel was recently purchased and upgrades are being made.

They have smoking rooms. Price is fair as is the room.
