“Located in a nice neighborhood. Staff is good, there were issues with my first room and they switched me immediately because things happen. I believe there is room service but I wasn’t informed by staff of anything specific although walking in the halls I could see food trays and alcoholic beverages on the floor so I assume. I have to admit that they do have some hot water issues regarding their bathroom sinks and their shower base moves?. Not by any means luxury but a decent hotel.”

“Was a great hotel! Molding around the showers was a little questionable but actual shower was very clean so just a little cosmetic issue. It was so quiet and people at the desk were friendly… talked to multiple people while at our stay and everyone seemed to enjoy it. Only complaint is that the elevator takes quite a while.”
“I've been here before. It's an older Marriott. Very Clean. Very comfortable bed. Everything works. One of the best showers I've ever had at a Marriott or Hilton! A great place to stay.”
“TV doesn't work the building is outdated three of the four washers are broke two of the four dryers are broke they have a tip jar out for your breakfast now they expect to get tipped to for doing their job that they get paid for”

“We had a great experience. The only negative that I found was that on our floor there was no ice machine where they said there would be. I had to go up one more floor to get some ice..no biggie.”
“Really nice hotel within walking distance to the stadium. We were in town for George Strait and the hotel was decorated nicely and we were able to get a parking spot. The only downside was the breakfast it was terrible but I guess I can’t have high expectations for a free hotel breakfast.”
“Im giving a 4 star because the pool, at first glance looked great. After swimming it it, it had many strands of hair, and other random floating things. The filter didnt work. My husband found lots of algae growing in the filter.
The only other issue we found was our bathroom in 107, would have random smells in it. I had smelled pizza during the night, my husband smelled weed at one point and then the morning of checkout we could smell cigarette smoke. I have zero clue where it was coming from since we were on the bottom floor, the only thing we could think of was maybe the emergency exit that was next to our room, that people were smoking there. Doesnt explain the pizza though!”

“First time staying here at it was for my son's graduation. The hotel was super nice and clean and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend staying here. Our room was spacious and quiet and we enjoyed the breakfast and evening drinks.”

“I see people in the comments hating this place but we're else in ubbock can you get a pool a gym and a Starbucks and a restaurant with room service and a soda machine, coffee and milk and juice and a breakfast bar with oatmeal and omelets and meeting rooms, oh they even have room service & etc. All with the price of the room you get. like seriously the MCM hotel chain will always be my favorite hotel chain in north America. Oh great front desk people on the night shift. Oh there omelet bar is really good as well.”

“I booked this hotel for my uncle's and myself.
I was extremely irritated when I got there so I was slightly snippy. However, their customer service was so good and patient with me that I had to check myself.
They charge extra to check in early and extra for upgraded room. No complaints as it seemed standard.
Early morning, I would hear loud noises when the housekeepers were passing the carts. But they were nice otherwise.
I would definitely stay here again and would recommend. Only 15 minutes from airport.”
“Nice hotel. Good location. Indoor pool and private patio. Front Lobby store is well stocked And has its own bar. BUT… There’s no Jacuzzi hot tub And the depth of the entire pool is 3 feet. (I did not know there’s upon booking) It does have a ramp to enter the pool, which could be beneficial to children and people that cannot use steps.”

“We came into town to see George Strait, and SureStay Hotel by Best Western had availability. We were a little unsure at first, but we ended up enjoying our stay so much! All of the staff were very nice and welcoming. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was also a nice surprise that they had a bar inside the hotel that stayed open until 2 AM. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would definitely come back!”
“Clean and cost efficient. Not glamorous by any means but not a roach motel either. Renovations have brought it up to date so can’t complain at all. No fuss no frills just a clean inexpensive decent place to lay your head.”

“This review is about the bar, Koko Inn, not the hotelWith the most unlikely entrance, we found the Koko Inn to be an outstanding example of a wonderful Texas Honky Tonk. The band played a huge range of old and new, mostly country with a little rock and roll. Lotts of dancing and lots of laughs, great drink prices.We are not used to smoky bars, but found a fan we could sit next to and it wasn't too bad. There is no food, though, which would have made it easier to drink more. We will return, for sure.”

“Iv stayed here twice for my company, first stay zero issues and great service Melissa at the front desk was always available and helpful.
Second stay I noticed a foul smell in room after inspection I noticed the garbage disposal had old food in it. At 8 pm I left to go out to eat, by 1030 Matt in maintenance was in my room replacing and removing disposal. They had given me a room but not having to move everything late at night was even better! Smell was gone and I am happy. Matt was caring and wanted me to enjoy my stay.

“We give five stars to a hotel thst deserve it.
We were at Lubbock TX for business and made a reservation. Since the very beginning DJ give us a five stars welcoming. The room was better than some other hotels in Vegas; neat clean, with all the supplies you need good tv and cable. The ample parking and the wonderful breakfast, that fresh waffle was unforgettable.
Recomendaciones? No doubt Highly recommend for family it's totally safe, perfect location, no noise VIP service.”

“This is an EXCELLENT good place for the money. We strolled in at 2am after a bad experience with a different hotel in Lubbock. Despite the late hours we were still greeted well by the counter. The room wasn't fancy, TV was a little dated, but it was clean and the thermostat worked. The bed was comfortable and it was ultimately very nice if you temper your expectations. The breakfast was great for a budget place. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fruit, pastries, juice, and coffee. If we visit Lubbock again this is first on the list for hotels. Thanks to the staff for being so helpful on short notice.”

“It felt like driving towards 1950! The outside is vintage, and the inside is A-1 modern. Walk in shower for us older folks was awesome. Lots of eateries in the area. Campfires and beers. It was wonderful!”
