I love going to store and paying my bills. Everyone has been really nice to me and others that come to the store. Respectful and smiled. I just love them. And that's the way it should be when you go there.

I would highly recommend avoiding this AT&T location at all costs, unless you have no issues with being (admittedly) stolen from, lied to, and then ignored without resolution. Most of these from the manager. The only resolution that is offered is a call from upper management (whom they cannot provide contact info) and then this promised call never happens. At this point, I wouldn’t recommended AT&T to my worst enemy, but if you must visit a store, save yourself a major headache and avoid this one.

We went to try and upgrade my phone and got there at 6:03. There was a sign on the door that said out to lunch be back at 6 pm so we waited and waited and gave up at 6:30 and no one ever showed. I get having to run and get food but don’t put a time you’ll return and not even show up close to that time.

We visited this store on Saturday, March 25 interested in upgrading our cell phones. The young woman who attempted to answer our questions did not know what she was talking about and didn't even look up our accounts to see if we were eligible for trade-in upgrades, etc. She kept giving contradicting information about the monthly costs and and it was apparent she was more interested in making a sale rather than taking care of a customer. She finally called another employee over to ask a question about a certain model that was on display and he loudly stated, "we don't sell those anymore." He offered no other explanations and was quite rude. We left and drove to the AT&T store in Plainview, Texas where we were warmly greeted, had all our questions answered by a knowledgeable employee and we upgraded our IPhones painlessly. The employees at the store on 4th store should take customer service lessons from individuals like the ones at the Plainview store.

The store is never open and when you are lucky enough to catch it open the lady is very rude and on the phone. Will never go back.

I came in to pay a bill with Keshia and she insisted that the billing system was down and rushed me out the door. I was trying to get My service paid in a timely manner and she couldn't be bothered to leave the chair. I came intoday and Kenneth helped me and got me in and out perfectly.
