Rep was knowledgeable about the products available for my upgrade; however, he wasn’t very engaging with us on a personal level. The transfer of everything to my new phone was quick!

customer service lied to me. fyi. I have some background in IT myselfCustomer service sent me a faulty modem as a replacement. it doesn't work at all will power on and blink red, which according to the manual means faulty equipment. had to keep using my first box that is atleast limping along. I preformed a TRACERT which list all connections and confirmed no signal was leaving the modem to fiber connect. The customer service lied to me and said he could see it on his end. So I unplugged the router power and fiber cabled and told him to read off my default gate way IP. he read the generic one. i tricked him and told him i recently changed the default gateway to a different IP address. I asked him if he could currently see the (made up number) and he said yes this is the one i see currently and the modem is working correctly. AT&T outsources to India and they just lie to people.

A store full of useless lazy people pretending to work. All I'm needing to do is pay a cell bill with cash. I thought Verizon Wait time was bad, this ATT store is the worst yet. Been waiting for over an hour on what was supposed to 15 minutes, looks to me like 3 people are working and everyone else is to busy visiting with each other to help anyone. Fire everyone they say there short handed but sure plenty of people standing around doing nothing. ?

We walked in the store to discuss different service options. The person assisting us answered every question we had, and the entire visit took only about ten minutes.

Greg Garcia has been extremely helpful with getting us the best deals and super friendly. He is super quick to get back to me with whatever it is I need help with whatever I need help with even if it isn't in his job duty he will find a way to help. Changing phone plans or cell phone companies is extremely stressful and Greg has made it stress less.

I went to AT&T to get a new iPhone. Peter was very helpful and very personable. He made my overall experience amazing! I walked out with a new phone and he told me about the teacher discount for my family plan! He's very knowledgeable about his work and a very kind person. Thank you, Peter!!

I dropped my at&t internet in favor of a less expensive service. Saved $28 a month for the same service. What they did not tell me when I sent back the equipment was my service continued until I called a certain number and canceled my account. Thus I am having to pay an extra month for a service i am not using. My advice. Call the same day you return your equipment.
