“I went into the store for new headlights. The store employee name is Tweety. He was so knowledgeable about the headlights my car needed. He showed me several of the different ones and told me about the brightness and color. After I made my decision, he went out to my car and installed them for me! He was very thoughtful and kind! I'm over 65 years old and he treated me with the utmost respect! I hope any of you ladies and gents will go see Tweety if your vehicle needs any parts. He will be very helpful to you, as he was for me! The store there is very clean and well stocked and fair prices!”

“I will never go anywhere else when it comes to car batteries. The guys that work there are very professional and friendly. There was only a very short wait. As a woman, by myself, I'm often wary when it comes to bringing my car in for any sort of maintenance because men really do often try to take advantage of me and sell me things I don't need. But they didn't do that at Interstate Battery. They weren't trying to make as much money off of me as they could. They quickly diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed it. “Don't go to Walmart bad batteries for vehicles. Out dates on most. Had 5 on Milwaukee tested and all bad. Went to Walmart 114 quaker and 2 tested bad. Gave up and a 95 year old man said > go to continental batteries on ave a. I did and went in and out with out testing because I trust the recommendations. Guy looks up my vehicle and I come out with new battery. Come home tested it because its hard putting in a journey under fender. Just make sure. Yeeep, ? percent charge. Just recommended an it's where we will buy. 2 year warranty not bad. Thank you guys”
“Shout out to Seth! Went in today to purchase a new set of headlights after purchasing the wrong ones on amazon. Seth was behind the counter ready to help me check out, after greeting me, he was friendly and offered to double check if the bulbs i had picked out were the correct ones, that was when we found out i didn’t need to purchase new bulbs and i had the right ones after all in my car. He then offered to help me install the bulbs from amazon, i didn’t even purchase them from their store. Such a kind interaction and Seth was super helpful.”
