Thomas gave us excellent customer service. We needed a special adapter for our trailer lights to the trailer hitch plug. He came outside IN THE RAIN!!! And looked at all the attachments and hooked us up with the correct equipment so we could have lights on our RV. Yayyy!!! Thank you!!!
