I’ve been with chase for several years now and this is the first time I’ve encountered a branch with only 1 teller station. Makes no sense to me and I’m definitely not a fan of that layout. Still giving 4 stars because of the Teller. She was FANTASTIC, not just with me but with the older lady in front me. I wish I would’ve gotten her name. She was working at 1:30pm on Tuesday aug. 5th. Brown hair probably in her 20s. She deserves to be recognized. Thanks

I didn’t catch her name, but the girl working at the desk today was probably one of the nicest employees I’ve ever met in my life. And I Noticed she made the people in front of me on line smile and laugh. You can tell she genuinely loves her job and helping people.

Worst bank I've ever dealt with. Every time I deposit a money order which is never more than $300.00 they place a 10 day hold on it and it sometimes delays my bills. I set up autopay for bills and I always make sure there is enough money to cover the bills but the autopay rejects. Customer service representatives are beyond rude and unprofessional and will hang up in your face.

Secure your after hours gas door closer, rfid, and locking mechanism protecting the atm customers from (suspicious) hobo peddlers . No loitering outside a bank, inside around the atms on chase property as a non-customer. It is an unsafe and unpleasant banking experience for all customers types to be pressed while you’re transacting. This is not safe. Coordinate with local law enforcement accordingly to resolve this.

Most of TTU students specially for international students, they open up their first account on Chase.
Their policy is quite nice. For Fall, it is very hard to find an appointment in the first month. But On Saturday, you can have it by being the early bird. I mean really really early bird. Everyone is well behaved and welcoming.

ATMs are available after hours! You just have to walk around to where Indiana is and you have to enter your debit card on the left side. Of the door and it will let you in to use the ATM.
So idk what that other lady is talking about lol.
I do have one complaint I do not like chase holds on their checks when you deposit it into your acct. But what are you gonna do. Just wait.

Banker lied to me and cancelled appointment 1 hour before. His colleague made us wait for 45 minutes before telling us they needed to reschedule. WORST bank I have ever been to and WORST customer service I have ever received. Put in more appointments and treat your customers TIME with respect. If I could give negative stars I would happily do so.
