Every time I come to this location since there is only 2 branches in Lubbock the ATM can NEVER accept deposits! The other branch is a 15 minute drive across town which is very inconvenient. Wish they would get this deposit issue fixed since I am always at work the times that the branch is open, the one time that I did try to go inside the line was ridiculously long and I could tell so many people were frustrated from waiting so I left to save myself the headache.

I don't know if others here went on some bad days or if I just went on a good day. It was really busy when I walked in but the line moved somewhat quickly. There were 2 tellers but an extra one came out and asked the next in line what they'd need to make things go faster. The one who helped me, Jazzlynn, was extremely nice and professional. Got what I needed quickly.
Clean facilities. Good location. Not very organized setup inside. If a line forms, it cuts straight through the middle so there'll be awkward gaps for others crossing over to use machines, sign papers, etc.

Said I had to make an appointment to make account user changes (add a user). Said they couldn’t do it at all same day due to short staff although the lobby was empty. I’m happy to wait, but why even have an open lobby if you can’t make basic account changes without an appointment? I recommend banking elsewhere.

Unprofessional and rude the manager wouldn't try to help my elderly patient who has been a customer even before chase bank!!!! Oh well they have to sleep knowing they that she might not get her benefits sad....

I usually use a local bank but needed a national bank for an out of state business venture. Went in on a Saturday to open a corporate bank account. They only had one banker working so it ended up being a little bit of a wait. After 30 minutes I went to use their restroom but it’s locked with a keypad. I asked the teller if she would mind opening for me. She rudely told me that they didn’t actually have public restrooms…it’s not like I came in off the street, I was attempting to be a customer and she knew I had been waiting to speak with a banker but she still refused. She told me I could walk to the Firestone across the street and use their restroom. Just can’t understand a company that wouldn’t empower their employee to open a restroom or an employee who would refuse to be a decent human.

Worst tellers I have ever encountered. Horrible location.Unhelpful, and would not assist my husband to make adjustments to his bank accountMy husband asked to speak to the manager, and she insisted he close his account instead? Which is the same amount of time to assist him with adjusting his account.Made no sense. Go to a different location if you actually need assistance, should replace the manager here.My husband was over a 12 year customer, we will be calling cooperate.It seems we are not the only ones who keep engaging with rude tellers

Seems like a OK bank, but what's with all the hats? It seems as though taking off your hat in a bank was widely excepted common courtesy, then it was more of a rule now nobody here seems to do it and the staff doesn't seem to feel they can enforce it. Chase, it's a simple and common sense rule so why not have your employees enforce it? It will make your customers and staff more safe and at ease.

They take monthly service fees even if you are meeting their requirements to avoid them. Not satisfied with this bank. They will continue to rob you of your money. There's better banks out there.
