My business partner and I came in to open a business account. I was beyond satisfied the way Leena treated us. Very professional, very informative. I thought the process would take longer than it did, she handled our time very well. Definitely would recommend this bank and Leena to future customers.Great job you guys. I recently had the pleasure of visiting a Chase branch to open a business savings account, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of outstanding, all thanks to the incredible assistance provided by Megan and Shelby!From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to help. Megan was quick to welcome me and patiently listened to my banking needs and concerns. Her knowledge and expertise in the various business savings account options impressed me, as she explained everything in a clear and friendly manner.Shelby joined the conversation, and together, they formed an unbeatable team. The Branch Manager (Megan) at Milwaukee and 82nd, 6503 82nd St, Lubbock, TX location is very unprofessional, unknowledgeable of services and processes. I had been trying to deposit a check into a Trust account since March 23, 2023. I first met with Leena Salem and she told me i needed to provide a legal document (Small Estate Affidavit) signed by a Judge, in order to open an Estate account to deposit the check in to. I obtained the Small Estate Affidavit, gave that to Megan the Branch manager, she scanned the document and told me she would call me within the next 2 days. HA! 3 weeks later, i went to Chase bank and asked to speak to Megan. I waited 45 minutes before she called me to her office. She admitted she dropped the ball and it was all her fault for not contacting me but the Documents Review Team said they now need other documents, Letters of Administration or Letters of Testamentary, appointing me as Administrator or Executor of the Estate. I told her Chase has a copy of the Trust on file and it is clearly stated in the Trust that i am the administrator of the Estate. She told me she was not schooled on Trust and even if she read it, she wouldn't understand it. I told her the Documents Review Team needs to read it. She said the Documents Review Team told her that i need the Letters of Administration or Letters of Testamentary, appointing me as Administrator or Executor of the Estate. I told her she needs to ask the folks in the Documents Review Team to read the Trust on file. Megan said she would and she would call me back on the next, 2 days at the latest. Yes, you guessed it, she didn't call me back. I received a call from Leena Salem, stating Megan had been on vacation and had asked me to call you. I was livid at this point. I told Leena i have been dealing with this since March 23rd, it is now June and I feel that they are giving me the run around on this. Leena asked to me to hold and then put Megan on the phone. Megan apologized for dropping the ball again. Megan said the Documents Review Team said they needed either the Letters of Administration or Letters of Testamentary, appointing me as Administrator or Executor of the Estate. After doing much research on the situation, i went to a totally different bank not affiliated with Chase and was able to deposit the check in to a Trust account i had with that Bank. I called Chase Bank this morning and file a formal complaint again Megan the Branch Manager. I told Megan if Chase can't resolve this issue after paying $450 for the Small Estate Affidavit that they told me i needed, i would take my business elsewhere, so i took my business elsewhere! Don't do business with this Chase location, they don't care about the members and are very unprofessional and inconsiderate of your time.

They take monthly service fees even if you are meeting their requirements to avoid it. Not satisfied with this bank. I'm going to find a better bank.

This branch is a awful! It closes early and opens late. The ATM has been out of order for MONTHS! Chase needs to figure it out

Remember when banks would fight for your business? Both branches in Lubbock told us they were too busy to help my grandson open a checking account. And that we'd have to make an appointment. We should've just left and went to a bank that gives a darn. ☹️

So fed up with this bank. It has become a joke. These never answer the phone. Crazy enough everytime I go there, there's less than a handful of people. Now I have all these transfer charges from savings to checking. It's costing me hard earned money while experiencing some difficult times. Ridiculous!!

The staff at this Chase location are frighteningly unprofessional. Trying to interact with the staff is useless. The attitude of staff comes across as customers are just a nuisance and if you don't like it there's other banks you can go to.

I would never use this bank I tryed to put money in a account and they would not let me deposit it. Cus it was cash. Never had a problem at any other bank. And the people were rude and as could be.

I opened a checking account online and days later it was closed with no explanation from anyone. I had my work direct deposit already set up to this account as other bills and then I was told by a representative at the bank that my direct deposit will go to that closed account then funds will go back to my employer and then I have to wait I don't know how many days before a paper check can be issued to me. So now I'm stuck with a closed account and no money for idk how many days. This is ridiculous and so sad.

At this point wish I could give negative stars. Do Not use Chase whatsoever. Opened my account because they were open on Saturdays and we need to make Saturday deposits for our business. However every deposit we've made has a had a hold put on it and requires to call their customer service line and be on hold for hours. Just to start over again the next deposit a couple days later. What's the point of using a bank if you can't even make a deposit. Absolutely do not use them if you want to have access to your deposits within a week. A joke of a bank and a company.
