South University location by fast Eddie's in Lubbock Texas the 2 ladies in their is sooooo very, very rude and I wouldn't call them ladies with that adduttie they carry I give that cricket poor customer service and I will recommend no one to take their service there . Now the cricket ion 4th St and Parkway Dr those 2 ladies are very outstanding very nice have patience I highly recommend everyone to that location and I hope the matter will be looked at so south University I give them no good customer service

I had my phone stolen and have tried for 3 days to report it. On line and in person. They would rather allow it to be used and get their money then shut the phone off. I would not recommend cricket to anyone. They only have 154 followers on Facebook. They are stupid and or pretend to be. BEWARE OF CRICKET THEY ARE A SCAM.

I contacted several Cricket locations in Lubbock interested in the Samsung Galaxy A52 5g model. I was told by multiple people that they would not be getting it in, nor would they be supporting it. I then proceeded into a Progressive Leasing agreement through Cricket towards an alternative phone instead. I think happen to check on the Cricket website and see that Cricket is infact selling it on their website. Needless to say, I feel played and am looking into Switching to a different carrier and I think others should too

The guy was going to be closing had alot of customers and by himself.by the time he got to us he was like rushing us and getting an attitude so we said forget it and left.customers come first I thought and customer service and respect goes along ways treat someone the way you would want to be treated.he wouldn't like that if he was in our shoes. Thank you I guess

Nope ! The younger lady is rude and thought she knew the cellular world. However when you face off with someone who retired from at&t tech department they tend to make your bs sales pitch a lie! Know your products and services if you do not know what a Wapp setting is get on your training modules.New lines (5) purchased at Target, at least they knew what they were doing!

Lexie was so awesome! She stayed late on New Year's Eve helping us get our phones right. Being Uber drivers our phone is very important tous.

Customer service is horrible. Only one person in store full of people, been here for a hour and haven’t been helped. Employee makes smart remarks about if we have a problem we can leave and said “We aren’t the only cricket in Lubbock, you can leave”
